Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Périgueux

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Would definitely return to this beautiful city and wonderful accomodation! Highly recommend this house- perfect for my husband, daughter, and 2 year old granddaughter! Room for more too! Loved it!!! Location amazing!

We loved this place. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the most beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. Close to a grocery store and a bank. You can park in front of the apartment for one hour free. Then you can easily find free parking down the street turn right at the Park sign. More parking up the road. We very much enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, great location in the heart of Serlat, perfect for two couples, plenty of room, any questions asked where answered straight away, we were even able to stay an extra night which was great. Only one critic ! The bathroom with bath would be good if we could gang the shower head up ? That is my only critic, as the bath is amazing 🙂

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the welcome which is great! For sure we will come back!

I only spent one night in Dominique's place, but it was a very pleasant stay. Domme is a beautiful village, full of charm. The property is conveniently located on the main street, in an old building full of character. This can cause some noise from neighbors or from the street, but by 9pm the village becomes very quiet. Had a really good time and won't hesitate to come back to the area and this place.

An excellent location and a very friendly and responsive host. 4.5 stars is probably the proper rating, as the space itself, while clean and comfortable, wasn’t as well-appointed as some other properties you could find. What made me select 5 stars rather than 4 was Sonia’s friendliness and flexibility. You’ll have everything you need here and you’ll be in a fantastic location.

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! From our initial enquiry Thomas was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and felt straight at home. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need and the decor is lovely throughout. The area around the house is vast and there are many different spots to sit and relax. There is some traffic noise to be heard from the road. From the canoes sailing down the river to the hot air balloons and the incredible scenery, it’s just magnificent. The house is well situated near to dozens of local villages, gardens, castles, shops and restaurants. We weren’t short of anything to do for the 2 weeks we were here. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home in the Dordoigne.

We enjoyed our two weeks stay at Véronique‘s a lot. The house is very nice, we felt at home right away. It is located in a lovely, well kept and quite village. If you see the neighbours in the streets, they are friendly. The house itself is very clean, offers even more space than the photos indicate, and is very well decorated. The kitchen has everything we needed when it comes to utensils and machinery. The bathrooms are nice, too. The view from the house onto the property and surrounding landscape is amazing and invites you to relax. We took a lot of meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the garden and especially the pool which is looked after by a specialist every view days. We saw a lot of different birds while being in the garden. The village offers a small restaurant and a very good bakery both with French cuisine/ pastry.

Excellent stay at Nicolas and Marlene's. First of all, amazed by the environment and the magnificent view, we were won over by the kindness and enthusiasm of Nicolas and Marlene and their 2 adorable boys. The remarkably located house is completely atypical, giving pride of place to the environment, the bedding is impeccable Everything is quiet and tranquil The description is completely confirmed We will definitely be back

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

Sandrine is a lady! She welcomed us after a long drive and booked a dinner reservation for us in Trémolat which was much appreciated. Sandrine checked with us on the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious and very well presented. We had a lovely private garden and access to a pool. The hameau is quite rural and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We had a lovely time exploring the region!

The cottage has a lot of character, the two bedrooms upstairs have a lot of charm and are very pleasant… beautiful kitchen space, very well equipped and a superb landscaped environment. We had a very good stay, in a very well-appointed apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Maggie & Ahm were terrific hosts! They were there to great us and available for any questions we had. The house is quiet and a very walkable distance to town where there are numerous places to eat. An overall enjoyable experience!

Ariane's apartment is one of our absolute favorites! Very clean and well maintained, elegantly furnished, great location and Ariane is super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment!

Location is a gated community that has a mix of residents and rentals. Beautiful countryside view. close to town. 4 minute drive to Carrefour grocery store. Steep hill down to town would be challenging for some walkers. There were a number of stone outside steps up to the apartment level. Very clean inside the apartment with comfy beds. Water power in upstairs toilette was weak. Overall a great choice in Sarlat.

The stay at Martine's went very well for the 3 of us. You can park there quite easily with the surrounding parking spaces, and the apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center on foot, 10 minutes from Périgueux Plage in summer! Also, the greenway is very quickly accessible for those who want to ride a bike or something. The apartment is very nice, with separate toilet from the bathroom, functional kitchen and large living room. The balcony was not too usable because it was too hot during our stay. We had 3 fans at our disposal. In addition, the entire neighborhood we met is very polite and smiling.
