Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous Pula monument Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
