Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pescasseroli

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Casa bellissima, accogliente e molto pulita; in una posizione comoda e centrale. Margherita è stata molto precisa nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per il check in e per il soggiorno in generale! Super consigliato!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

L'alloggio di Stefania è comodo e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'alloggio è molto ampio e confortevole. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è composta da persone speciali e molto ospitali, in particolar modo nonno Giò. E' molto facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, sia a piedi che in auto anche perché di fronte alla stazione è presente un grande parcheggio gratuito. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere facilmente i dintorni e organizzare delle piacevoli escursioni. Consigliatissimo!!! L'appartamento è accogliente, ordinato e pulitissimo, fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Situato in zona strategica, affaccia sulla villa comunale, a due passi dal Corso e con fermate degli autobus (urbani ed extraurbani) praticamente sotto casa. Serena è molto gentile, precisa nelle indicazioni, risponde velocemente ai messaggi. Una bella, comoda soluzione per chi desidera conoscere, o rivedere, Sulmona e dintorni

Chalet bellissimo e pulitissimo nel tranquillissimo borgo di Roccacinquemiglia. Un oasi per la mente e l'anima. Risvegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli e immersi nella natura non ha prezzo. Posizione strategica per arrivare ovunque con pochi minuti di macchina. Alessandro disponibilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Tolles Haus mit 2 Badezimmern, perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit Freunden, schöner Garten, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, sehr gemütlich. Und absolut ruhig, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo preso questa casa con amici e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno , confortevole e calda. Per quanto ci piaceva abbiamo anche deciso di restare una notte in più. Speriamo di tornare al più presto

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

Simple: en quelques mots, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps chez Giovanni. Accueil parfait, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Giovanni nous attendait, s’est tenu disponible en permanence, a été l’hôte parfait finalement. À vous qui lirez ce message, soyez sans crainte quand au logement, l’emplacement et sa propreté. Il s’agit d’un havre de paix comme nous n’en avons rarement vu avec mon fiancé. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et énormément logé en RBNB, Giovanni est de loin le meilleur hôte. La maison trône sur les hauteurs et la vue est splendide sur le lac. Tout est à disposition, machine à laver, belle terrasse, barbecue. Merci à Giovanni pour tout, tant ses conseils, la balade en bateau sur le lac avec les explications historiques ainsi que sa réactivité permanente. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Elo & Alex

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

Ornella was a wonderful host, and we loved staying here! The house is about a 35min walk to the top of Pesche, and a 5min drive to Isernia. We have recommended this place to all of our family that will soon visit. Only downfalls of the property: A little cold in the house, but there were plenty of blankets. Also, the water was not very hot, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It’s cozy and quiet, and inconveniently located to everything we wanted to see.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.

Wow! This farmhouse was spectacular! Charming in every way with wonderful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and so many lovely places around the property to sit, relax, take in the views, enjoy a meal. The location between the mountains and the sea was perfect for swimming and hiking. Best of all was the attentive host Paulo who made many excellent local recommendations, including helping to guide us through a medical emergency. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The surrounding area is peaceful and picturesque, a perfect escape into nature. Amelia and her lovely family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. This is an ideal spot for families with children—safe, serene, and full of charm. Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint town of Maenza, where you can enjoy a walk through its cozy streets, visit a historic castle, and discover a few delightful restaurants and a local shop in the center.
