In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Modern, newly built 45 m² apartment in a quiet location in Dietenhofen – ideal for business travelers. Bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be used as a double bed), bathroom with shower & washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. An additional sofa, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV are also available. Bright basement apartment with natural light windows and a terrace. Parking also suitable for larger vehicles. Perfect for longer stays in the Ansbach, Fürth, and Nuremberg area.

The accommodation is located in the village of Großhaslach, a district of the municipality of Petersaurach. The Way of St. James passes directly next to the apartment. There is a local bakery (Bäckerei Peipp) and a butcher shop (Metzgerei Geyer). Here you will find great quality at reasonable prices. Distance about 3 minutes on foot. The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are within approx. 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
