The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

There is a local bakery (Bäckerei Peipp) and a butcher shop (Metzgerei Geyer). Here you will find great quality at reasonable prices. Distance about 3 minutes on foot. The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are within approx. 5 minutes by car.

Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests.
