Besser geht es kaum! Ich habe mich gefragt, warum die Unterkunft nicht schon Monate im Voraus ausgebucht ist. Tolle Lage, wunderbare Ferienwohnung und noch großartigere Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber Irina und Dominik waren sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend! Die Stadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und selbst wenn man nicht in die Stadt möchte ist in der Unterkunft alles gegeben um vor Ort Erholung oder Spaß zu haben.

Reiko er utrolig serviceminded og har en fantastisk bolig til 4 personer. Der manglede ikke noget, og Reiko var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi spurgte om noget. Det eneste, vi savnede, var aircondition på det ene af værelserne, da der blev utrolig varmt. Vi vil helt klart anbefale hans bolig til andre.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gemütlich, der Garten groß und sehr schön angelegt. Als wir ankamen war der Saunabereich leider nicht gereinigt, Benedikt hat sich aber darum gekümmert, dass das zeitnah nachgeholt wird.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Nicoles schönem, mit Liebe eingerichteten Häuschen. Wer Erholung und Entschleunigung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der weite Blick auf die Felder, der Pool zur Abkühlung, die toll ausgestattete Küche und das großzügig geschnittene Bad waren unsere Highlights. Morgens lädt die Sitzbank am großen Fenster zum Kaffeetrinken und Entspannen ein, die Terrasse zum Essen und am Pool kann man es sich in den Sitzsäcken gemütlich machen. Die Kommunikation mit Nic war ausgezeichnet, sie hat uns Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und eine spontane Urlaubsverlängerung möglich gemacht, weil es uns bei ihr so gut gefallen hat, dass wir gar nicht mehr abreisen wollten. ;)

War super, Haben den Geburtstag meiner Freundin gefeiert und hatten einen super coolen Aufenthalt. Lief alles glatt vonstatten. Danke und bis zum nächsten Jahr. LG Herb

Den Aufenthalt bei Thomas kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist toll und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Thomas war sehr freundlich und ich kann die Unterkunft u eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten ein kleines Familientreffen mit 2 Familien und einem Großelternpaar, dafür war es der perfekte Ort!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly hosts,very attentive. Our car's battery died on the day of leaving and Michael helped us with that. Communication is super. The place is beautifully furnished,clean and has everything you need. Recovered after my surgery and felt safe and peaceful here. Check in was smooth too. Highly recommend!

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

acogedora casa con terraza en entorno natural y tranquilo, la casa tiene todo lo necesario y ademas en el exterior una terraza con jardin apta para niños. Wolfgan estuvo muy atento y ante cualquier pequeño problema siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Un 10!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Ein wunderbarer Zwischenstopp mit Herz! Stefanie hat alles genauso beschrieben, wie es vor Ort war: authentisch, herzlich und bodenständig. Der Hof strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus, in der wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders für unsere Kinder (7,4 und 1 Jahr) war es ein echtes Highlight: Morgens durften sie die Kühe füttern – ein kleines Abenteuer, das sie so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Sie wollten gar nicht mehr weg! Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber genau richtig für alle, die das Landleben lieben. Wir haben nur den Wasserkocher genutzt und waren ansonsten unterwegs essen. Als kurze Auszeit vom Alltag oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma famille. Le logement est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. très calme très propre. Ann-Kathrin est très réactive quand nous lui avons posé des questions. nous recommandons ce logement !

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Tolle, mit viel Charme (Holz ist toll) und sehr familienfreundliches Haus. Es trifft alles zu, wie es Markus der Gastgeber beschreibt. Drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder hatten genug Platz und viel Spaß in diesem Haus. Danke. Immer wieder gerne.
