Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One minor quibble: the coffee maker was tiny and could only brew two cups at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for our group. The location is fantastic—just about an hour’s drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The community was undergoing construction, and some roads were closed during our visit. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes to enter and pay the $50 entrance fee, which was frustrating. It’s worth asking the host for an update on access or checking ahead before booking.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful cabin! Our family of 7 were very comfortable! From the time that I booked, the communication was great. the home was as described. peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. My granddaughter and I named the wild turkeys, deer , hummingbirds and lizards that we saw!The kids had an amazing time in the loft, and I thoroughly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Convenient to the lake, swimming pool and little town of Groveland, about a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley. I highly recommend Jeff and Gina's home!

I like the place they made it so warming and home all the things are there or you need. I love my staying in the house.

Loved this stay for our trip to Yosemite! My family and I would leave in the mornings to go explore Yosemite which was an hour drive, not too bad! The kids LOVED the game room and gave them their own space to hang out. Definitely recommend this place!

My family and I stayed here to be close to Yosemite, and it was a pleasant, just over 30-minute drive to get there. The house is easy to find in a quiet, beautiful area, close to town where there are stores and restaurants. The house was perfectly clean, and everything was as described. My family all agreed that we did not want to leave because it was a wonderful stay. We plan to come back to Yosemite, and we plan to stay here again!

We booked only a few days in advance (spontaneous trip) and Kimberly responded quickly to our messages and was super helpful and kind! We enjoyed our stay between days in Yosemite. We appreciated that this Airbnb was private and away from others because we had our 11 month old with us, and hotels and a crying baby don’t always mix. The Airbnb was easy to find, and the parking was right outside the door. It was clean, the AC was a huge plus, and we definitely enjoyed the snacks and waters that were left for us. We didn’t have any issues with the road noise, so we didn’t use the sound machine or earplugs, but they were a nice touch just in case. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, Kimberly was great, and we would definitely stay here again. Was only 30 minutes or so to the entrance of the park, and maybe another 45 into the valley. We were able to find great coffee nearby as well in Groveland, and we liked that there was a gas station just around the corner so we could get ice and gas.

We stayed here a couple months ago for my sons wedding and rebooked it for my other sons wedding this weekend. Each time the house fit our needs, spacious and clean. Jamie the host is timely on responding to messages and very helpful. Not sure when we’ll be back but would love to book again.

this place is an absolute gem, fantastic location next to resterants and shops and a short walk to a great hiking location. The apartment was great clean spacious and all the luxuries of home!

Great location in the woods. very calm and peaceful place. loved the fully stocked kitchen. Connie was very responsive, friendly and gave good recommendations for Yosemite. The sofa cum bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable though but manageable. Having dishwasher in the kitchen would have been very useful as we had to do all the dishes before the checkout. Overall it was a good experience.

Very affordable place to stay compared to other bnbs nearby. Not a “cabin” but still had the homey cabin feel. Kitchen and fridge were stocked a little bit. Grocery store nearby. Very easy and flexible check in. Laurie who takes care of the rental for Robert was very nice and friendly and helpful. If you have kids there is a little selection of toys and also a little selection of dvds. Walking distance to the golf course across the street. Overall a very good experience. Would 100% stay there again.

This is a "beary" fun place. The beds were comfortable and everything was as described.

Nice place.. The checkin process was very straight forward. All the checkin/checkout instructions were clear. This place has 15-20 picture frames of the host and their family members. It didn't bother me much; however other guests may find the place too personalized.

If I could rate the host and this Airbnb higher I would! We spent our one year anniversary in Yosemite and unfortunately had a terrible stay at another Airbnb and I booked here. How much I deeply regret not seeing this Airbnb in the first place. The home is gorgeous and the host was by far the best I’ve had. They had left wine, breakfast and some snacks for us which I wasn’t expecting. The whole checking process to checkout was so easy! The biggest pro to this Airbnb is the WiFi, being in Yosemite WiFi is not very reliable however staying here, we had 0 issues plus the TV worked off the WiFi too. We spent a lovely night watching Netflix and in a comfortable bed! Highly recommend checking this place out for your next Yosemite vacation :)

Tom's Alpine Escape in Yosemite West was amazing! It was exactly as described/pictured and so much more! The instructions for finding it were great, it was a perfect location for getting to all of the Yosemite sites, and Tom has literally thought of everything you need. Check in and out were easy and Tom gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. Plus there were great personal touches like the bottle of wine and the cookie dough in the fridge which he left for us to enjoy! Cooking in the kitchen was a dream, the place was spotless, and everything was very comfortable and well thought out. The wifi was fast and great to have as was the AC with the heat. We highly recommend Tom's place and look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

Rented for 1 month stay. Everything you can imagine was included and was able to cook at home.

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

It was great to be stay inside Yosemite. The access to Glacier Point was better than staying at Yosemite Valley. It was good to get perishable food in the valley than come back and cook meals instead of buying meals in the valley. We would be very happy to stay there again if we come back for a visit to YNP.

Perfect location to multiple destinations in the park. Halfway point between the valley and Wawona right outside road to Glacier Point. Cozy and corner unit. Cool mountain air and plenty of shade. Good for families with smaller children or couples. Big comfortable queen bed and pull out sofa bed is good for children . Unit had all amenities and some extras. No cell service (AT&T) but had WiFi calling and WiFi service so able to stream. Smart TV has built in apps so can using streaming service although we used YouTube as guests. Was able to use kitchen for homemade meals and heating tv dinners. Fridge was large enough to store cold items. Outside of unit in building hallway there is an ice machine and trashroom for trash disposal. We saw a deer a couple of days. Parking is enough. There is one handicap parking in front of building which we utilized. Thank you Grace!

Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

We had a great stay at this newly renovated suite in Yosemite West! The place was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay after long days exploring the park. The location is perfect—close to Yosemite Valley but tucked away in a quiet area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the park!

This place is amazing, breathtaking nature around. Condo has all utensils. On the way to the condo by car we even saw a grizzly bear. Overall we enjoyed this nature, waterfalls, trails. Condo location is excellent, 15 minutes to the tunnel view, and it is incredibly beautiful to watch the sunset there on tunnel view. Condo is located inside the park, no need to waste time on queues to the park and time on the road. We appreciates this, then this place is definitely suitable for saving time on the road.
