The house is situated in a quiet location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. From here you can reach the cities of Forchheim, Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg by car, bus or S-Bahn. There are plenty of attractions nearby. From the via ferrata, outdoor pools, castles, ruins to kayaking, museums and much more. The place itself offers with its unique church with defensive wall, the 1000 year old linden tree, lively club life, supermarket, 24/7 vending machine, restaurants,... also a lot.

Unsere Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss, auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Hof, liegt am Tor zur Fränkischen Schweiz zwischen Forchheim, Erlangen und Bayreuth. Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Komfort. Großer Garten mit Spielplatz zum Relaxen und Grillen. Perfekt zum Erholen, Wandern und für verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Maximalbelegung 6 Personen (5 Betten, 1 Kinderbett, + 1 zusätzliches Reisebett). Bitte Anfrage bei mehr als 6 Personen senden. 2 Parkplätze im Hof.

Landhaus Marga 1887

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. My place is close to Forchheim, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, and is centrally located to the greater Nuremberg, Erlangen or Bamberg areas. The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road. Families with children are welcome, but safety devices for infants (under 3 years) are not available. Shared use of the garden and barbecue are possible. Minimum booking 2 nights.

Stay in a historic barn

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind.
