City of Wehlen Markthaus - Vacation rental - Apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic Malerweg. The vaulted cellar and foundation walls date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a rest stop, post office and inn. In 1850, a massive extension was built in the classicist style. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. The accommodation is next to a riding courtyard, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or in beautiful Dresden. There is a possibility of an extra bed. Since I am a physiotherapist, they can also book special massages by arrangement. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Close to everything, yet quiet and cozy. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for all activities - cycling, hiking, shopping, strolling, enjoyment, culture. Everything is within walking distance and yet far enough away to enjoy the Elbe in peace with a Saxon wine or a hot chocolate. Please note: The base price for the overnight stay is only eighty euros. Our cozy apartment is just a few steps from the Elbe Cycle Path. Also for climbers and mountaineers the location is top. It is not for nothing that Pirna is called 'The Gate to Saxon Switzerland' :) Prices - 10 euros extra bed per day (cot) - 5 euro extra charge for small animals per day - 8 Euro breakfast p.p./p.T.
