Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! Grazie mille, Michaela e alla prossima!

Piękny apartament i świetna baza wypadowa! Ogromnym atutem mieszkania był widok z dachu na morze i okolicę, a także klimatyzacja, niedaleka odległość do plaż, morza i sklepu. W pobliżu były także dostępne darmowe parkingi. Duke i Luigi są świetnymi i pozytywnymi ludźmi, dostaliśmy od nich bardzo dobre rekomendacje oraz zostaliśmy miło ugoszczeni :) Bardzo polecam i pozdrawiam Duke i Luigi :)

Super Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Olbia . Wir waren 3 Tage vor Ort und dafür war die Wohnung gut

Location perfetta per la mia famiglia composta da me, la mia compagna e nostra figlia di 2anni. La casa è molto bella, nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort, in una zona tranquilla, molto curata, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Laconia (attraversando la strada eravamo sul lungomare) e a pochi minuti di auto da una serie di spiagge meravigliose (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina e Monica sono state molto gentili facendoci trovare un pensiero al nostro arrivo e regalandoci dei biscotti alla partenza. Mi auguro di tornarci.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war gut ausgestattet. Angela war immer schnell erreichbar und konnte auch ein technisches Problem sehr schnell lösen. Man sollte ein Auto haben aber dann ist man sehr schnell an schönen Stränden und in der Stadt Olbia. Für uns war es perfekt.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marcos Unterkunft. Der Garten ist paradiesisch und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren dort Anfang Mai die einzigen. Sara, die uns Vorort empfing ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Marco ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in Baia Sardinia. Het huis was meer dan compleet, geweldige buitenruimte, sfeervol interieur, goede parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand van een klein mooi strandje

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Le logement était en tout point identique aux images et à la description. Vous retrouverez dans ce logement des atouts uniques et absolument incroyables. Une terrasse couverte avec vue spectaculaire, une piscine creusée chauffée, des espaces vastes et éclairés. Gardez à l’esprit que certains petits services qui sont habituellement standards pour ce genre de location sont manquants, comme du gel de douche, une sécheuse ou plus d’une serviette par invité. L’entrée pour la voiture est aussi très étroite et escarpée, surtout si vous avez un gros véhicule. Mais ces petits éléments ne devraient pas vous priver de cette merveilleuse villa. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire, parfait pour se ressourcer dans un environnement paisible et privé, je recommande fortement cette villa à quiconque recherche ce type d’expérience.

Großzügige Finca inmitten der Natur, in einer Sackgasse gelegen (nicht von Google Maps täuschen lassen) mit nur wenigen Einwohnern. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Service top. Wer eher harte Matratzen mag wird wie ein Baby schlafen. Vor allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es hochwertige Insektenschutzgitter. Daumen hoch. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Sam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Amazing! We picked this location mainly because of the outdoor space with the available view. We loved this place so to the amazing tranquility, available amenities and homelike feel we had while here. It is definitely a place where a car is needed, a private parking spot was provided, but the neighborhood is walkable as long as hills are not an issue. Martina was very friendly and very much available for every update. The house is well appointed, and the internet works great!! You will not be disappointed in Porto San Paolo (unless you’re looking for booming city life), as much as I’d like to keep it our little secret, you must check it out!!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Olbia ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter-Familie war super herzlich. Wir bekamen Obst und Gebäck geschenkt, Holzkohle für den Grill war vorhanden. Es gab ein den Bädern nicht nur Klopapier, es war sogar Zahnpasta vorhanden. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist diese Unterkunft eine klare Empfehlung.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Uitstekend en erg goed uitgerust appartement met een mooie veranda en tuin (privé). Simona heeft ons vriendelijk wegwijs gemaakt en alles uitgelegd. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedbank slaapt prima. Strand, haven en dorp op loopafstand. Ook andere leuke plaatsen dichtbij. Kortom uitstekende plek om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben!

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Eva si è dimostrata da subito presente in ogni momento curando tutti gli aspetti che servono per offrire un servizio che si è dimostrato eccellente. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione in Olbia.
