Stargaze, or enjoy the mountain view from the property of the main house with a coffee or cocktail. Maybe catch a glimpse of the bobcat, deer or the wild horses of Placitas – all are regulars in the area.

You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta.
