Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Platja de la Fossa

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The view is spectacular and there are plenty of large windows and balconies to enjoy it! The house is modern with high ceilings and well equipped. We will be back for sure!

This apartment was perfect for two weeks. It was within walking distance to a food shop, restaurants and a bike shop. The rooms were tidy and had plenty of storage to get comfortable. The host was super helpful from check-in to check-out. The building was quiet and located slightly away from the center so peaceful in the evenings with sun on the balcony for most of the day!

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The drying rack on the balcony is a little small.

Fantastic location , right on the beach , we have stayed in the apartment block before in another apartment. This apartment is far higher spec than others we have stayed in within Barlovento . Fantastic kitchen with loads of equipment and a few essentials left for us which is always helpful . Bathrooms / shower top notch. Amazing balcony where we spent most of our time with useful fridge out on the balcony . Sky Sports on the TV was an unexpected bonus ! Rianka was very friendly and efficient and responded quickly when required . Nice bottle of Cava left for us was a nice touch. Couple of areas for possible improvement, the side terrace is not usable due to issues with pigeon/ seagull mess. Aircon would add to the appeal of the apartment in the hottest months . Neither of these issues would stop us recommending or staying here again. Loved it Thanks Dave and Colette

Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to everyone with Valentina as a host. You will not be disappointed.

The accommodation was great! We have had a wonderful week in peace and quiet. The residence has a very nice view of the center and the coast. It is super close to the center and easily accessible by car or bicycle. Sina is a super hostess. We could always send her if we had any questions.

The host was above and beyond accommodating. The apartment has the best view in all of Calpe and located in perfect proximity to all the famous cycling routes. Excellent experience!! I will return 🤗

Can't say enough about this place, absolutely beautiful location with views of the beach, palm trees and overlooking the pool. Lovely apartment, clean, easy to get in and out of with free parking. We stayed here with our young children and it was perfect, the pool access is easy and safe and you can reach reach the beach in 2 minutes which saved us money as we could just wander back for lunch. Agatha was there to meet us when we checked in late in the evening and took us through everything. We will most definitely visit again, 5 star reviews all round :)

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Loved the apartment. Had everything I needed but for a kettle. The balcony was big.loction was brilliant. Had a view of the sea and promenade. 50 yards walk to la fossa beach. Salt Lake over the road a few hundred yards. Lots of bird life including pink flamingo. Loved the walk round it. Lots to do in Calpe including walking up Calpe Rock.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!
