Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Platja de la Fossa

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Mooie villa zoals beschreven, mooi gelegen en alles netjes. Wel handdoeken meenemen voor jezelf en voor de keuken. voor de rest alles top en een aanrader. Zeker zijn prijs waardig!!!!

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Villa oli erinomainen, näköala todella kaunis. Lähellä myös hyvät reitit vuorille (Castellet de Calp ja Monte Toix Mirador) joista avautuu hienot maisemat ja kiipeäminen on kaiken vaivan arvoista.. Allas todella hyvä ja puhdas. Autolla Calpen keskustaan ja rannoille lyhyt matka. Lämmin suositus kohteelle, sekä Calpelle että huvilalle🫶

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

This apartment was perfect for two weeks. It was within walking distance to a food shop, restaurants and a bike shop. The rooms were tidy and had plenty of storage to get comfortable. The host was super helpful from check-in to check-out. The building was quiet and located slightly away from the center so peaceful in the evenings with sun on the balcony for most of the day!

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Upea pieni paikkakunta. Asunto oli loistava, riittävästi tilaa laukkujen kanssa. Vastasi täysin kuvia ja ilmoitusta. Hiljaista öisin, naapureita ei juuri kuullut eikä näkynyt. Etukäteen oli kerrottu, ettei ruokakauppoja lähellä ole, niin osasi varautua siihenkin. Keittiössä tarvittavat kodinkoneet, myös pyykinpesukone. Kuivausteline parvekkeella hieman pieni.

Fantastic location , right on the beach , we have stayed in the apartment block before in another apartment. This apartment is far higher spec than others we have stayed in within Barlovento . Fantastic kitchen with loads of equipment and a few essentials left for us which is always helpful . Bathrooms / shower top notch. Amazing balcony where we spent most of our time with useful fridge out on the balcony . Sky Sports on the TV was an unexpected bonus ! Rianka was very friendly and efficient and responded quickly when required . Nice bottle of Cava left for us was a nice touch. Couple of areas for possible improvement, the side terrace is not usable due to issues with pigeon/ seagull mess. Aircon would add to the appeal of the apartment in the hottest months . Neither of these issues would stop us recommending or staying here again. Loved it Thanks Dave and Colette

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

Het verblijf was top! Wij hebben er een zalige week op zitten in alle rust. Het verblijf heeft een zeer mooi uitzicht op het centrum en de kust. Het is super dicht tegen het centrum en makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto of fiets. Sina is een super gastvrouw. We konden haar altijd sturen als we met vragen zaten.

The host was above and beyond accommodating. The apartment has the best view in all of Calpe and located in perfect proximity to all the famous cycling routes. Excellent experience!! I will return 🤗

Can't say enough about this place, absolutely beautiful location with views of the beach, palm trees and overlooking the pool. Lovely apartment, clean, easy to get in and out of with free parking. We stayed here with our young children and it was perfect, the pool access is easy and safe and you can reach reach the beach in 2 minutes which saved us money as we could just wander back for lunch. Agatha was there to meet us when we checked in late in the evening and took us through everything. We will most definitely visit again, 5 star reviews all round :)

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Loved the apartment. Had everything I needed but for a kettle. The balcony was big.loction was brilliant. Had a view of the sea and promenade. 50 yards walk to la fossa beach. Salt Lake over the road a few hundred yards. Lots of bird life including pink flamingo. Loved the walk round it. Lots to do in Calpe including walking up Calpe Rock.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.
