Holiday rentals with a patio in Podkoren

Dora&Zoltan's apartment was just perfect for us. We felt right at home. Everything is very stylishly furnished and nothing is missing. Communication was also impeccable. We have received very precise descriptions. The apartment is a very good starting point for activities in all directions. We will definitely come back when we are on our way to Italy again. Marit's place had everything we were looking for in a last-minute long weekend break. It was peaceful, had plenty of walking trails and hikes from the front door, great cafe's only minutes drive away, and beautiful surrounded by the mountains. The apartment itself was so thoughtfully designed; it contained all we needed to cook dinner each night, and big enough to deal with our wet hiking gear! It was very relaxing to enjoy the view from the balcony or from inside the apartment on the cooler nights. Despite there being two other apartments nearby, it's very private and quiet. Marit was a great host; we were delighted to find this spot and would happily return!

A great apartment with loads of character and plenty of room. A bonus of a car park. Convenient to walk everywhere: 2 minute walk to the shuttle bus to go to Vintnar Gorge; 5 minutes walk down to the lake. A great kitchen with everything needed. Simon met us to show us how to get inside and was in constant communication to make sure we had all the info we needed on exploring beautiful Lake Bled. One of the best accomodation places we've stayed in.

The apartment is large and has some great features. It was quiet and the bed was excellent. We liked sitting out the back, feeling part of the community here, and looking at the mountains.

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

Natasa was very helpful and the place was clean and beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes by car from Lake Bohinj, and parking was always available. Highly recommended!

Boštjan and his wife are very kind. They welcomed us in the garden, and we instantly got along. Boštjan gave us several suggestions on what we could do. We really felt good in this apartment. The place is clean and well-maintained. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Great location. I would also recommend it to families.

Wonderful and large space, with exceptionally kind hosts that even offered to pick me up from the Bled-Jezero train station. Check-in and check-out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again, it is a bargain for the price and amount of space you get, in addition to the peaceful surroundings.

Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

Beautiful apartment above host’s house in stunning location in the hills. We have 3 young kids and they loved the apartment and surrounds. Katja is lovely, helpful and at the same time very respectful of our space. We were given fresh milk on arrival and the kids loved it! Great value, clean apartment, perfect space for a family of 5 and great spot to check out Lake Bohinj, Lake Bled and surrounds. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for having us!

Super equipped, clean and cozy apartment, the highlight is the lake view. Only advice, bring your own bed pillow from home

We booked the place for several nights and were very satisfied. The place was clean and modernly furnished. There was everything we needed in terms of amenities. We also liked the wellness area and the layout in the 2-hour slots worked smoothly. The location is simply fantastic - you can be in the hiking area within a few minutes. Those who want to travel here for this reason, among other things, are in the right place. A supermarket and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. In the quiet location of the accommodation, we and our dog felt very comfortable. If we plan to travel to Slovenia again, we would definitely come back. The only drawback: Due to the open shower in the bathroom, you put half the bathroom under water when showering. This might be a little better resolved. Otherwise, everything was great! Communication with the administration was also very good. Thanks also to Katja! :)

Gerda was very kind, and communication was absolutely smooth. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and perfectly located close to the lake. Even though we unexpectedly had to shorten our stay by one day, Gerda was very accommodating without any issues. I definitely recommend her as a host!

We drove from Croatia to Slovenia and got delayed at the border. Big thanks to Ana and Jost for patiently waiting and warmly welcoming us—they even helped with our suitcases. We really appreciated it! We loved this Airbnb! It’s stylish, modern, bright, and super clean—just like the photos. Opening the living room doors leads to a green lawn—it felt like a dream. Everything worked well: AC, heating, TV, and kitchen. Even the tap water was fresh and drinkable. Ana prepared a bottle of sparkling drink for us and kindly showed us how to use the espresso machine, we enjoyed a few great cups! The shower had plenty of hot water and was really comfortable. Thanks to Ana’s tips, we had amazing Kremšnita, tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, and Cacao ice cream! We stayed two nights and had a great time. Ana’s quick, thoughtful replies made us feel cared for. If we visit Slovenia again, we’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Warm and cosy apartment close to the town square, ski fields and everything we needed for our stay (shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarket). We were able to enjoy the winter festival in the main square within 1 minute of exiting the apartment because we were so close. Simon & Kaja were great hosts- very responsive and accommodating. Would happily stay at Cosy Forest again.
