This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Very nice place, well thought out accommodation with the raised terrace overlooking the pool and a peaceful and beautiful view. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner but in view of our exchanges by message I found the person very pleasant. access code arrived late, which gave us a few cold sweats but everything went well afterwards. accommodation faithful to the description, quiet environment. We spent a night there with two toddlers. Well equipped.

Absolutely loved our stay at the 'Farm house '..... beautiful surroundings, enveloped in a gorgeous sense of French countryside...loved hearing the rural sounds, brought a real sense of contentment. Claire was the perfect host, dealt with any issues immediately and when I needed to change my hire car booking, she was able to assist with the French speaking agent. Offered heaps of suggestions of places to see and specific restaurants to visit. We would go back again in a heartbeat. thanks Claire and team.

Jenny and Marc were excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and they are lovely people. The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the gîte was very comfortable and well equipped. This is a really lovely property in a great location. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. It was very hot during our stay so we were grateful for the air con - and the pool, which was lovely and clean and bigger than we had expected. Although the villa felt very private and the surroundings were peaceful, there was plenty to do nearby. The beach is beautiful, though if you want to swim you really need to go at high tide, otherwise you have to wade through the sand to reach the water. The train station is within walking distance and the train to La Rochelld took only 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return one day

Marina is a great host: communication with her is smooth, she is really very accommodating. We had a great time in his very nice, very cozy apartment: you immediately feel very good there.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

We enjoyed the time in La Rochelle, while the preparation was not perfect like toilet paper and towels. The area is quiet and wonderful, particularly Rue Sardinerie (a lovely name) has a corner where restraunts stood and we also wathced a live concert on the street.

Ideally located, clean. Just a little small for 5, but good value for money.

I recommend the apartment, close to the train station and the center. It has everything you need. I'll be back. Would recommend 5 stars.
