The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Place Graslin, many restaurants in the city center and 7 minutes from Place Royal. It is also close to a very nice green space located 10 min walk "Parc de Procé".

It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door.
