If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Everything was very easy with the booking and the communication. We booked last minute and didn't have to wait a minute to get in contact with the host. The place was clean and spacious. We had a good stay. :)

Excellent stay at Marsha’s apartment. Exactly as the pictures show and even better in person. We loved how charming the unit was with some well taken care of antique furniture. Waking up to the arena everyday was a treat. Centrally located while still super easy to park around. We opted to pay (via the city) to do street parking, and we always found a spot right outside. Was a great base for us while exploring south istrian wines, beaches, and towns. Highly recommend, and hope we will return!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house, perfect for two. The pool was a dream, and the location is ideal—just 5–10 minutes from the city and the beach. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We had a fantastic vacation. Linda's place was beautiful, it had everything you needed. Above all, we enjoyed the spacious layout of the apartment and the highlight was the roof terrace. Comfortable furniture on the terrace and the view of the starry sky were just great. It was also fun to cook in the kitchen as there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The counter even encouraged our children to help with the preparation. Both check-in and check-out were totally straightforward. Linda's parents and her sister welcomed us so warmly, we felt so comfortable. The beach was only 2.5 km away and we always had a shady spot under the trees, both for us and for our car. Porec was just picturesque in the evening, so we enjoyed the ambiance and the delicious ice cream there every evening. Many thanks to Linda and her family for renting such a great apartment.

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

First, if you visit Croatia, visit Pula. Second, if you visit Pula, you must stay with Suzanne and Dalibor. The apt is perfect for a couple. Right in the city center, lots to do, restaurants, bars, things to do. Also, you have the perfect hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We had a fantastic stay in a special place. The terrace alone - and the special view. Also the apartment itself was top. Danilo turned out to be a very attentive and pleasant host. We will definitely come back here!

Rada lives right there and, like Lea, is always available. She speaks great German and is very friendly and helpful. She also gave us a few tips on where to swim. With children, it was a little too far on foot to the beach, but by car you can be there in 2 minutes and can park well (for a fee) It was definitely a nice stay 😊👍

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open hostess who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!
