New single-story apartment, Cocooning, fully equipped with large outdoor area and brand new private heated jacuzzi. Ideally located 400 meters from the beach and the center of La Baule: Marché. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclub. 900 m from the train station. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen in the main room with 2-seater sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, ovens etc... This accommodation is non-smoking.

The upper floor is occupied by a cottage for 4 people, well insulated and independent.
