I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

Come and enjoy the superb sea view from the living room, kitchen, bedroom and veranda serving as a dining room on the bay of La Baule with its beautiful 22 m² terrace. It has a nice modern decor with an area of 46 m².
