Here it is great to go kayaking, windsurfing, etc. The outdoor area has plenty of space for most activities, and the car can be parked in the carport. Inside, the cabin appears bright and modern. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Hyggelig hytte i barnevennlige omgivelser med egen privat strand. Hytta ligger skjermet ved siden av hovedhuset der vi selv bor. Det er to rom i hytta. Et rom med kjøkken/ stue og hems med plass til to, og et soverom med to køyesenger, plass til fire. På kjøkkenet er det kjøleskap, frys og komfyr. Badet har dusj, toalett og vask. Det er bilvei fram til hytta og parkering. Det er svært gode solforhold på eiendommen. På stranden er det sol hele dagen, og nydelig kveldssol helt til sola går ned.

There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.
