We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Great cozy cottage with a private lake entrance. Miles was a great host. Hot tub & sauna were very enjoyable and overall the place was great.

We had a group weekend getaway and loved our stay! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The host Ashley was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful escape to recharge!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The space was exactly as described. Bryan was incredibly responsive, making check-in smooth and the stay hassle-free. The cottage is by the lake with perfect views from the patio. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, the wine bottle, and a well stocked kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Jay is a polite and responsive host, and had all our questions answered big or small. The location is very private and tranquil. The place has a functional layout and cozy ambience. We especially loved the private access to the lake, the hot tub and the sun room which had large windows. Amenities that were described were present, and instructions of what to bring were clear. All led to a hassle free stay. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! One of my favourite Airbnb cottages! The space is perfect for a family (lots of kid focused things) or for a few friends. The property is beautiful, has great amenities like the sauna and water toys. The beds are very comfy and kitchen had anything you could need. All in all this was one of the best experience I’ve had. The host was super lovely, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a great experience for their guests.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 10 adults. The lakeside view was beautiful, and the large deck was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Such a perfect little getaway spot. Super quiet and private — loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and hanging by the fire. The place has a dock with kayaks and paddleboards, which made the lake time extra fun. Everything was clean and cozy, and it just felt peaceful the whole time. Already planning to come back!

The cottage itself is very spacious, clean and uncluttered. It provided plenty of room for 12. 10/10 would recommend for a weekend getaway with friends and/or family. Jakob is quick to respond to any messages. I will 100% be returning next year.

We had a fabulous, relaxing stay at Derek and Sandra’s gem on Georgian Bay. Felt at home from the start, and made good use of the fire pit, hot tub and proximity to biking and hiking trails. The photos don’t lie. This place is cozy, clean and captivating… right on the Bay! Hosts have done everything to help you have a five-star stay.

For my birthday last weekend, I was looking for a cottage to getaway for work and to celebrate, and I immediately fell in love with this cozy little house when I saw it. It has everything I could ask for to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home. I spent my birthday here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The Scandinavian interior style is my absolute favorite, and every detail of the decor and soft furnishings was perfectly chosen. It’s clear that the owner, Lina, put a lot of thought and care into making this space feel like a true home for visitors. Each room was spotless, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Lina is incredibly understanding and accommodating. We all had an amazing time and are so grateful for this experience. Five stars aren’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay and how this beautiful house made our birthday weekend so memorable. Highly recommend!
