Wonderful place, super cozy house! It doesn't make you want to leave. Unique warning to leave is that the house is in a steep ascent, but that's why it has this lush view, which makes up for everything. The owners of the house are also great and very attentive. Ah! citywide market is expensive so if you want to take your things is better.

The stay was perfect. Super-equipped house, clean, excellent location, foot in the sand, a wonderful sunset. Super-loved hosts, Laura very attentive, always willing to help. We intend to go back. :)

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was well clean and equipped for our use, with coverings available, clean towels, kitchen items. Despite the announcement that it is 20 minutes to the beach (walking) we found it even closer and with a nearby market which helps a lot too. The city is safe with gate with control which we left calm with a child. In the most amazing everything we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

The site is located exactly as per the announcement. Very dear and helpful hosts. Impeccable site cleaning and organization. The beach in that a marvelous location, we went at the end of March and took every day perfect to be on the waterfront, without muvuca, great place for rest. In addition, it has a market, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

We loved the place, overlooking the lagoon, a beach block and very close to commercial places. The space is very beautiful, comfortable, smelling and has everything available (bed and bath linens, kitchen and bathroom items). And mostly talk about Gianice and Pira, who are excellent hosts, dear and charismatic (even pampering and drinks have left us). I felt at home, super recommend and sure that at the next opportunity, we'll be back ♡

Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

The coverage of Mário is incredible. The view is wonderful to contemplate every day! The breeze that enters all the time through the windows of the seafront area is refreshing and relaxing, the place was clean, smelling bedding! The coverage is wide and much better than the pictures! Equipped kitchen, good showers, comfortable beds. Great TV's and very good internet. Mário is an excellent host, always helpful and extremely attentive! These were incredible days.

Bruno was very requested from the first contact! The apto is a few steps from the beach. Clean and calm environment, accept pets what I loved because I have 2 kittens who always travel with me! Bruno also gave us useful places! Super recommend!!

I was in Ester's place with my elderly parents and my sister. We searched for a place that was comfortable, which had rooms available for everyone, easy access garage, elevator and was close to the beach and markets, bakeries and convenience stores and her apartment exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few environments of Itapema that offers bed and bath linens without extra charge and also washing machine, which makes it much easier for those who go to Santa Catarina by plane. Communication with the host was very easy. The district responds quickly, with lots of sympathy and education. I will definitely reserve the space again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Itapema.

Apartment well located, it met our expectations,close to everything. The only caveat,which could have basic items for cleaning the apartment ex( sponge,detergent, soothing because what you have is broken),small details,in the most all jewelry! I highly recommend!

All according to the listing. simple but cozy and functional accommodation. Only the parking space is small for those who go by truck.

The stay was excellent. Aparamento clean, organized, excellent location, very close to the beach, pharmacy and market, bringing a lot of convenience. For those with a child it is a safe place, because it is close to the beach and the access to it to be inside the building. Sr Roberto we received extremely polite and kind. We were very well received and with a snack in the kitchen, ice-cold water, everything great. Congratulations to Mr. Roberto and Marina, we will definitely return to the apartment.
