Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Donatella was kind to meet us when we were ready (trains can be late). The apartment was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Double bathrooms was very nice. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It was a 3 min walk to the waterbus station, and one stop to St. marks square. Being close to the waterbus, but in a quiet neighborhood made the location ideal. There were local restaurants close which were very good. I would book again next trip to Venice.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Venice. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly located, and really well equipped, it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The bus stop to get to Venice is a minute's walk away, which makes it much easier to get around. The host was always available, very kind and extremely flexible, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice in the best conditions!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

Host was very friendly and helpful. At check-in, she took the time to show us the possibilities of public transport and recommended restaurants in the area. Communication was smooth and fast, and she was flexible about the check-in time. Very pleasant stay! Thank you!

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

It was a nice apartment, with all possible amenities. Maybe a bit smaller than could be expected by the photos, but the patio was fantastic on sunny days. The coded lock was a great feature - no need to worry about keys. The neighborhood is one of the best for staying in Venice if one comes to the Biennale.

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. My family really enjoyed this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. Alessandro was super helpful, especially at check in when we were all tired and jet-lagged. The apartment has everything we needed for a baby. The breakfast necessities are a nice touch that was really helpful that first morning. The bus to Venice is very close and convenient.

The flat was amazing, located on a quiet street but with quick access to many restaurants and attractions. The location couldn’t have been better. Having a washing machine and dryer was definitely a rare and appreciated find. Communication with Paola was easy, and she was very responsive throughout our stay.

Very nice apartment, with spacious and well-kept spaces. The house is located in a quiet area, but well connected by public transport: the 13 and 6 take you directly to the center. Diego, the owner, was always kind and, above all, very helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Great location. Clean, secure and quiet yet steps from the heart of Venice’s main sights. The pickup/transfer services to and from train station/airport were seamless and made for an extremely easy check in and check out experience. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive. Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

Very comfortable space and beds. Large bathroom. Kitchenette has the basics. The two rooms are separate and connected with a corridor.

We had a fantastic time in Venice! Pietro and Caterina were amazing! They helped us check in, walked us through how to use the elevator and door locks, as well as helped us book water taxis for all of our excursions. The location was great, it was quiet and away from the super tourist filled areas, but was close enough to access everything. The apt was very clean and comfortable. We will define back to Venice soon and use other airbnb places with Caterina and Pietro. 5 stars all around! Grazie mille!!
