Holiday rentals with a patio in Portoferraio

Accommodation matches the photos: very well equipped. Access to the village of Capoliveri is easy (even on foot) The very large pool made the children happy. The only downside could be the shower, relatively narrow. We had a great holiday and would recommend this listing.

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... Simple and comfortable apartment in a quiet complex, surrounded by the greenery of the Island of Elba. Chiara is very friendly and always available with useful tips on what to see and where to go. During this time, the island, with its crystal clear beaches and scenic trails, is ideal for those who love nature and the sea.

Accommodation located in a great location to walk to the center of Porto Azzurro and get around the other areas of the island. Very spacious free parking a few meters from the accommodation. Quiet and reserved environment. Thank you!

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

When we arrived on the island, she immediately conquered our heart. Bruno was very friendly and provided us with various information in advance. The check-in was hassle-free and fast, the castle a real dream! It is an impressive building and a great joy to stay in it. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The kids and we felt right at home. The pool and also the tennis court are well cared for and a highlight to the already exceptional accommodation. The direct location by the sea completes everything perfectly. The beach and water are beautiful and simply magnificent. Also a nice bar, where the program always takes place in the evening, is in walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is equipped with all comforts in a quiet area but close to the center of Procchio. It also has a beautiful outdoor space that can be enjoyed on beautiful summer evenings. Michela who helped us both at check-in and check-out was always super helpful and nice to us. I recommend it to everyone, I hope to be back soon.

We were here with friends in the week of August, a wonderful location! Large house surrounded by greenery but at the same time a stone's throw from the village and a 15-minute walk from the sea. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, in every room there is practically air conditioning, in the kitchen there was everything you need to cook and 2 coffee machines. One wafer and the other bean, both of great quality. There was even a bit of a supply of food, like pasta, canned tuna, cookies, biscuits… in short, this stay has far exceeded our expectations. We are out yesterday and would like to come back. It's such a little paradise. The Host, Massimo, was always available and interested in knowing how the vacation was going more than once. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

The house has a great location overlooking the sea. We were there with 2 vehicles. One was a Ford Transit motorhome. The driveway to the house/approx. 30m, is very steep and Roberta said we might not drive to the property. And she was right! We only made it back up the mountain on the third try. There were minor technical issues with the power, but they were promptly resolved. The kitchen and the entire household are more than fully equipped. Everything is really there. During our stay in May, it rained only a little, but the rooms were over 70% humid. The air conditioning could probably also dehumidify, but I discovered that late. We still felt very comfortable

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

Francesco and Jessica were very nice and always available. We were initially a little late by the ferry but we were always in contact and could check in flexibly. Francesco was waiting for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. The place is just outside and can only be reached by one vehicle. The garden is a good size, is very well maintained, completely fenced and the fireplace invites you to grill. All necessary materials are available for this. The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. There were enough towels available and there was shampoo etc. for 1-2 days. The rest of the apartment was also very nice. The town of Porto Azzuro has plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice time on Elba and would be happy to come back.

Nice apartment with as plus points the loggia with sea view and a parking space in front of the door. Close to restaurants and beach, via a short route. Marciana Marina is a quiet and cozy village. Funny thing is that a well-known series is recorded at Barlume by the harbor.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Andrea hosted my grandchildren for a vacation on their own, which they were very satisfied. Your availability to the boys was a source of reassurance for us. Already before departure he facilitated the rental of the moped, upon arrival the boys were taken to Capoliveri with the property car, he helped them to book the taxi when they returned, and throughout the stay he was contactable and available. Your kindness and understanding did not miss even a holiday that was completed, even though the guys did not leave the apartment in proper condition... Tastefully decorated. Lots of kitchen and dining area things that make lingering enjoyable. Magnificent view. Even nocturnal lanes around it. So rather not for silence fanatics. Long steep stairs to the apartment, but over the rooftops of the winding old town. Great apartment in the middle of the old town.

Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
