Apartment holiday rentals in Portorož

Stayed here with a couple of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The apartment is in a peaceful part of Piran, but everything’s close by — beach, bars, the main square, all within walking distance. The place itself is clean, full of light, and feels really fresh. It was super comfortable from the start. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were surprisingly comfy — we slept really well. And shoutout to Katja, who was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in town!

The apartment was super nice and just as described in the ad. The terrace had a breathtaking view. The hosts very super friendly and responsive. It is recommended to have a car though as otherwise might be a bit difficult to get around.

The apartment was rather small but unbelievably functional, I did not miss a thing. In fact, I'd been under the impression there was no way to prepare meals (which I was perfectly okay with to begin with) but was pleasantly surprised to discover that was not the case. The AC cooled the place down fast but it was quite alright without it (even though it's on one of the upper floors). The entire building felt very quiet and safe and I'd gladly stay there again in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Skol's villa on my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The villa is located in an enchanting area, surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who love nature and outdoor walks. The spaces are spacious and well organized: there were seven of us and we felt comfortable and

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

I give Nina's place a top rating overall. Excellent view on the sea. Everything in order and as expected. A warm and welcoming family. Only a very minor inconveniences that did not impacted our stay: tight parking spots (note most hosts do not offer *any* parking on premises - the whole area is tight), no dishwasher, beds not ideal if you have back issues. I would pick Nina's place again w/o hesitation.

Super great apartment with beautiful view of the sea. My highlight was that I could even look directly at the sea from the bed. Apartment is small but perfectly adequate. Everything you need. I was there with my dog and felt super comfortable. Darko welcomed me warmly and gave me great tips for excursion destinations. To Koper in the center you walk approx. 35 minutes along the promenade and also to Isola it only takes about an hour on foot. Very nice paths.

Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

We had a lovely stay with Lina who is a very responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is small but very functional, everything was very clean. The location is ideal, in the heart of Piran one minute from the central square. It's really as described, in simplicity we found our happiness!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

We had a great time at Emil’s apartment. The place was easy to find and Emil was flexible with our arrival time. It had great air con and everything we needed. The location is superb- sea views and only 10 mins down the steps to the local beach with inflatables for the kids. The walk to Piran had lots of places to take a dip when it got too hot. Eating under the grape vines on the veranda and Emil’s home made schnapps and olive oil were added bonuses. He was super helpful with transport to the bus station when we sadly had to leave.

Beautiful apartment in the best, quiet location above the old town (small fitness training on foot back included ;)). Very clean and modernly equipped, super comfortable bed! Only the blackout could have been more for me personally. The private parking and the terrace (during our stay there was no one else in the house) are worth their weight in gold! We felt comfortable all around. Alexandra is a friendly and helpful hostess.

Excellent place. Nicely located apartment with 3 terraces, you can always find both sun and shade. Nice view of the sea and garden. The apartment is well thought out, functional, equipped with everything you need. Modern, impeccably clean. Luka was kind and quick to communicate.

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

Renée is a cordial, welcoming and very responsive host. We felt like "at home". The apartment is tastefully decorated and was ideally located for the tours we wanted to do.

Emanuel and his family are very nice and accommodating hosts. We were very happy to stay in the accommodation and would also be happy to come back. The garden and hot tub invite you to relax. Novigrad can be easily explored by foot or by bike.

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts. We can highly recommend it!

Fabulous apartment, the perfect home away from home. About a 20min walk to anything we wanted to see in the city. Quiet and sunny. We hope to be back again. Thank you Anna!
