It was all perfect! Jerônimo is very attentive, and his parents welcomed us very well, I made more contact with his mother, Mrs. Adriana, who was always concerned and solicitous with us, they love dogs which made everything more perfect even! The cleaning was impeccable, the house is very nice and its landscaping is beautiful! There is no price to be able to see the sunset of the home backyard. I'm already looking forward to return, this place has my heart!

Great value for money

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and the downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. 10/10 recommendation, wonderful experience.

We loved the stay, cozy place, extremely clean, very neat, every detail thought out for the comfort and well-being of the guest. The wonderful hostess is very kind and polite. The stay provided us with unforgettable moments, we highly recommend it and will be back soon.

I went with my parents, brother and sister-in-law. We love everything! Everything works perfectly, the house is airy, clean. It is close to the beach, we arrived in 10min on foot - or less. Quiet place, with space for the cars, barbecue, washer. We left there thinking about coming back. We were very well served.

From the time I made the reservation until the end of the stay, the service was very good. The studio is a delight, it's just like the photos and super cozy. Really ideal for a couple to relax!!! My husband and I felt at home, and the only problem was that we didn't want to leave. 🥰 We definitely want to go back.

I loved the stay! Communication with the owner was very easy. He is a very flexible and friendly person. The apartment is in the center, I did everything on foot and I felt very safe, even though I was alone. The place is beautiful and very cozy. I recommend it and I will definitely go back there.

We had one of the best hosting experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. From the first contact until the check-out, everything was flawless. The place is stunning — very well maintained, with a beautifully wooded outdoor area, charming decks, artificial lakes and a breathtaking view. The location is also excellent: on one side, a short walk leads directly to the center of Rosa; on the other, a quiet trail goes around the lagoon and ends at the beach. The entire team, from reception to cleaning, was extremely attentive, polite and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed in a simple, but very comfortable and well-maintained suite. The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the balcony — a real treat after a day at the beach. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Amanda is a great host, responsive and helpful! Location was peaceful, convenient store attached, and very good value for the money. Only downside was no hot water in kitchen but was not a big problem. Clean drinking water filter in kitchen, good TV setup, Nice hammock to relax on by the window too. Recommend!

Fit exactly as in the photos, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who have pets, when we went they had more dogs in the building, which made us more relaxed about any barking. Balcony in the bedroom with a beautiful view! 2 km from the village beach, which is wonderful. Ideal place to rest, even at Christmas the beach was not crowded. I highly recommend it.

The home is exactly as described. All very clean and organized, with all the necessary items. Tati and Rodrigo welcomed us very well, made us feel at ease and sent us instructions and tips for touring the region. I recommend and we will be back for sure!
