I and my Family are delighted with the Apartment of Angélica and Ranulpho, we love the space, the view and wonderful, very spacious, all clean tidy, super recommend and we are already planning to return soon. the condominium is great, and close to everything then you can do everything on foot. It was amazing every moment, we didn't even want to go back, we felt at home, great place to rest enjoy the view and enjoy with the family.

Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clear and always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pans, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker... the laundry with a washing machine was a help in both (bring the soap and house softener). The very comfortable rooms have no linen and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. It has 3 beach chairs and umbrellas available. The hammock on the balcony was a delight. it has air-conditioning but we do not use it because it was cooling at night. The place is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and the Sea and land), markets, close to the beach of Cocanha which is the ultimate for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

Leandro gave us precise and clear guidance, including videos. He kept in touch whenever necessary. The accommodation is in a great location, there is movement on the waterfront at night, bakery, beverage distributor, everything is nearby. The best point is being in front of the beach, which we enjoyed a lot!

it exactly corresponds to the listing, well located, quiet building, safe, in front of the boardwalk, near the beaches , there is nothing missing in the accommodation, host Lívia extremely polite, helpful, answered and removed TDS my doubts . It is very worth it , apt ample airy, beautiful, air-conditioned, clean , has everything you need for stay, to cook at last ... I will return more times for sure .

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when because of the mosquitoes there are a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, the whole city has it! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Other than that tip, everything is perfect, we will return

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

My family and I loved the house , Amanda a love of a person , always giving me attention when I needed it, answered me quickly when I sent msg , the house very good, big, clean , the wonderful pool. Identical in the pictures. My only problem was with the noise RS , we can't make any noise, the house is in a very quiet environment, you don't hear anything. So my family speaks loudly and ended up bothering some neighbors. For those who like to talk loud , sound , messy. This is not the place, it is a place to relax and rest. Thank you Amanda for your attention and kindness. I intend to return soon .

House according to the listing, everything clean and organized, flexible hours, quiet neighborhood and the best location is the location, because those who do not have a car, they can go to the beach quietly, as they do not even have two blocks away. Casa very close to the beach, very cozy and good to enjoy with the crowd. We went to the beach in the morning and stayed in the pool, it felt like home! I highly recommend it! Ivanete was super solicit.

My rating for this accommodation was 5 stars all around!!! The space is exactly as in the photos – clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay. The location is also excellent. It was a wonderful experience, we went to work but we still managed to rest peacefully because the space is very cozy, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%!

We loved the condominium, great structure, in the apartment with great location, pool of the wonderful condominium we took several days of sunshine, several good beaches nearby, we could go to Ubatuba, Karina responds quickly solved our problem quickly. Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
