Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia do Capricornio

It was the second time I stayed in the apartment of Beatriz and Roseli, and since the first time the hosts are very attentive responding quickly, the employees of the Barlavento Condominium are gentle and helpful, the apartment has a privileged location, exactly like the photos and descriptions, I intend to return in the coming years.

Perfect stay, the loft is amazing, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Matheus and his wife are great hosts. We went in five people and a pet, we were very well accommodated. We found the apartment clean and airy. Great location for those who like hiking, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. They were wonderful days. I will come back for sure!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very well arranged, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Excellent location! Jade always responds quickly and attentively.

Spending these days at Rodrigo's house was amazing! The house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, and Rodrigo was super attentive. He responds to messages and questions very quickly and still gives great tips on interesting places to get to know up close. The stay was impeccable and everything was perfect. The house was much larger than we expected with a stunning seaside view. Very unique layout with lots of interesting features. Would definitely stay again!

We spent amazing days at Liliane's place! The location is great — within a safe condo and close to the beach, which made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well-distributed, well-equipped and with everything quality, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Liliane was a great host…super friendly, quick in the answers and very organized, always kept us well informed before and during the stay. Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

Above expectations! The apartment is well above the level we have in Ubatuba. Two great suites, very good living room, kitchen and balcony. New and working equipment. Great level Resort Structure! We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!
