Our Stadia was awesome!!!! AMAMOS!!! Perfectly clean👏, airy and everything super practical property!!! We use the kitchen, barbecue and enjoy every piece of the property!!! It has common area at the top very tasty...in my opinion the place was a delight 😍 listening to the sound of the sea inside the property was extremely relaxing...we enjoyed every minute. Super indicated by the property, location, practicality and I felt in paradise. The village goes out alone to walk early on the beach and it was super quiet and wonderful! I was my two sons and husband. We were extremely comfortable and the main relaxed with all this privilege!!! Thank you very much Paulo and we will return other times and will always refer to friends to feel this paradise 😍🥰❤️

The Studio was impeccable, exactly as described in the ad, as well as being beautiful and super cozy! The structure of the place surprised us, especially the kitchen, which was very well equipped and made our stay much easier. Although it is not so close to the center, the location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and wanting to enjoy the beach with ease, since you can go on foot. The host was very attentive and gave us all the guidelines clearly. We recommend for sure!

The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short…everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this incredible apartment.

The apartment has beautiful decoration, looks bigger than in the photos, comfortable, safe and perfectly served my family (me, my wife and my son). The Ana property responded quickly, always with education and sympathy. To be perfect, the neighbors of vacancies could collaborate by parking correctly, but then the owner cannot control it. I liked the locality, knew other districts of Ubatuba, but not Saco da Ribeira, and it was a very pleasant experience, especially for the gastronomic options available nearby… in short, recommend and return in the future.

Incredible accommodation for those who like to stay close to the Itagua waterfront and with easy access to the highways to explore the south and north beaches, extremely clean and well-distributed space, very comfortable beds and sofa and all the necessary utensils. Reginaldo, the janitor, is a fine person. Franz is always quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Our stay at Fernando's studio was extremely pleasant and quiet! Very clean place and exactly as in the listing descriptions. In the next opportunities we go to in Ubatuba and there is availability, we will try to install ourselves again, in this excellent place! Thanks a lot!

I have allergic rhinitis and suffer when I stay on the coast, but this time, I had the pleasure of being very well accommodated. For those looking for a great place to stay, just talk to Carlos. Quiet and very well-equipped place, with all the necessary items for cooking, gourmet barbecue, air conditioning and a warm shower. Good location: 6 min walk from Toninhas beach, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage, just to go to the downtown that is 15 min away by car. We recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort and practicality.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
