We loved our stay. Last year we had already stayed in Fernanda's apartment and this year we returned. We really liked the apartment and the place was very quiet. Fernanda always responds promptly and is very attentive and helpful.

The space is beautiful and identical to the photos, it was clean, with clean and smelling bedding. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the pool on the terrace the icing on the cake 🥰 Claudia was very attentive and understanding with an unforeseen event we had and it was necessary to change the date of the trip. Apartment according to the photos, quiet place. All brand new, cleaning supplies, pots. All ok. Only the grill that returns a lot of smoke inside the apartment even warning at the entrance, but it is not a problem of the apartment itself, it seems that it is something with the building because other apartments had the same problem. The hallway is filled with smoke when someone uses it. We use it once to test and we don't even erase rs pq really is a lot of smoke. Other than that, nothing to complain about. All very beautiful, new and organized

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The hosts were helpful from the first contact. The house is clean and very well equipped. The location is favorable, with several beach options nearby (south and north of Ubatuba). Very nice the house, td clean and working and the space of the condominium tbm is very nice. Very great pool and game room. Nearby Supermarket. But you have to pick up the car to get things done. It is near the highway and walking with a child has no way. But by car it is quiet to go to tbm beach.
