Beach house holiday rentals in Premantura

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Great apartment with everything you need (a plus are washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning). Everything tip-top clean. The only minus was the hard beds. Quiet terrace with a garden view. Path to several beaches by car in 5 minutes, where you can park for free. Many excursion destinations nearby. Thanks for the great stay!

Eler is a very attentive and thoughtful host He always gave us good advice and warmly served us. The location is wonderfully quiet. The best thing is to bring enough provisions,as the nearest major shopping is in Labin about 15 km away. However, a small kiosk is about 400 m away by boat at the campsite opposite. Wonderful bathing coves are reachable with the small motorboot "James Bond :-)" and mostly wonderfully secluded and classy water. For the sporty balance, kayak and sup boards are available. All in all highly recommended.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

The house is beautifully located in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! It was simply unforgettable in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is located in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are just a few minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

It was a very nice holiday in a beautiful place to stay. We were there with 8 adults and 4 children. The layout of the apartments suited us very well. I also think the separate entrances to the apartments are very good. The pool and the fully equipped outdoor kitchen were the highlight. Thanks so much

We, a couple plus dog, were there for two weeks before the Pentecost holidays. The house, the property and the annex offer pleasant space for six adults and was of course oversized for us;) The garden with private pool is very well maintained and huge, even our dog was initially overwhelmed. All three bedrooms and the living room/kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The outdoor kitchen (gas) is so well equipped that we only cooked and ate outside. The pool is great (note: no shallow access) and beautifully lit in the evening. The house is about 400m from the beach and Fažana center with restaurants, bakery, markets. Instead of bicycles, there are two scooters, with which you can have a lot of fun in the "city". From the terrace you have a sea view. 👍👍 The house is on a busy street, which is at the back and is unobtrusive from the volume. After five times in Istria, the "best house ever" for us.

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is surrounded by a high fence, so it is perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

Absolutely amazing house in the center of Medulin. Everything in the house is adapted for a comfortable life and rest. Very comfortable beds, absolute cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with everything for comfortable cooking. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. A big bonus is the garage, which comfortably accommodates a car. A very comfortable area with chairs and sun loungers on the second floor, a beautiful barbecue area in the yard. Everything in the house is very well thought out for a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Doris and her family are very hospitable people who gladly and very quickly answered all questions and helped with advice. We felt like we were in a good family. We will be delighted to return and meet with this wonderful family! Thank you, we hug you and see you next time! We highly recommend this apartment!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home from the beginning. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and the location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Excellent solution for a family vacation where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time with everything you need. The house has plenty of space with some top features like the outside table, barbecue and shower. It's just one km away from the beautiful kamenjack natural reserve.

We had a wonderful time! Sabrina was always responsive and communicative and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was the perfect place to stay and walk to enjoy the many beautiful beaches and relax.
