The apartment "Seaside" is quietly located yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the pier. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is 600 meters to the beautiful beach and the pier. This apartment was completed in 2019 and is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant vacation. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. It is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms the living area incl. Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes it in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our detached vacation home was built as a vacation home for max. 4 guests (e.g. family with 2 children) built and furnished with love and care. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable with us and have a nice time with us. Please note that the tourist tax of the Baltic Sea resort Dierhagen is not included in the overnight price. You can pay the tourist tax directly upon arrival. You will receive the visitor cards from us.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
