One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Fiera di Primiero

Ground floor apartment, with a shared garden, a stone's throw from the center of Fiera di Primiero. The living area, renovated in 2018, features: traditional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, smart TV and a comfortable three-seater sofa. Two bedrooms, one double, overlooking the Pale di San Martino, and one with a bunk bed. A small bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the immediate vicinity, there are shops, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Quiet apartment in the heart of the Dolomites

Ground floor apartment in the heart of the Agordo Dolomites. The parking space is private and always available. The entrance is private, 2 bedrooms are available, the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, the two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, the main one also with a bathtub. From the house in 15 minutes you are at the Alleghe or Falcade ski lifts. There is also a rock gym in the municipality: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Quiet little place

Located in Imer in a scenic and low-traffic area, this delightful mini apartment offers a pleasant stay to anyone looking to stay overnight in the area for short periods. The kitchen has a mini fridge and an induction hob that allows for simple breakfasts and meals for couples who prefer excursions and excursions to the surrounding areas. The place has an ozone sanitation system.

NIL Apartment

My place is close to the ski lifts and all the amenities provided by the tourist resort of San Martino di Castrozza, the town center is also easily accessible on foot. The accommodation has an outdoor parking space and a covered parking space in the garage. The furniture and wood paneling, typical of the mountains, make the apartment warm and welcoming.
