Holiday rentals with a patio in Primrose Valley

Myeslf, my wife and 3 kids(10,8 & 3) stopped here for two nights and were very happy with the accommodation The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning being right on the seafront. Its a great location with the harbour only 5 minutes walk away too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great area for restaurants and the amazing beach. Really good check in as Geoff and LInda were there at the flat. Really happy with the stay. Thank you! Martin

Louise's place was lovely. It was far bigger than we expected. It was a fantastic price for 5 adults over a bank holiday weekend. The local amenities were great. We tried the local cafe on West Street. Then the Ramshill Hotel & Bar & the iKitchen chinese takeaway. The kitchen cooking facilities were adequate for family cooking. The dinning chairs at the table were a little rocky through wear & tear, but still comfy enough to allow us to eat at the table in the kitchen. The lounge was cosy with dim style lighting. The beds were comfortable. Clear instructions for equipment. Just a couple of things that would enhance the experience. 1) a tea pot 2) a freezer (small compartment was at the top of the fridge)

This is our second stay at low tide, stayed in 2023 and it was as beautiful as it was then! Super clean, gorgeous decor, great little courtyard and lovely little touches for the doggy (dog bowls, blanket)! Hosts were very quick to respond to any messages! Great location, 2 mins to the beach, private parking you coudnt ask for anymore! Will be back again 100%

Set just off the road to the north side and a short walk to the castle, is a lovely flat with everything you need for a vacation in Scarborough. It was comfortable and clean with amenities and essentials required for your stay. Clear instructions and a manual provided gave me a hassle free holiday. My son enjoyed using the small desk just at the side of the kitchen to practise his timetables. The bedroom is on the lower floor which meant it was quiet and without windows and light coming in I wasn't disturbed so enjoyed laying in to rest! A lovely flat with responsive hosts.

Had a great few days. Scarborough still has that strong heartbeat of a British coastal town and what Debbie has done with her townhouse is credit to the community. we hope to return again very soon.

Second stay here and the perfect spot for a family weekend away. The outside space was great and the kids played in the garden most of the weekend, nice and handy for nipping into Filey too. Not much in the village itself but this wasn’t an issue for us as we just wanted a base for family time. A few toy boxes of toys there too which was great and saved us taking a load .

Lovely place to stay, the house is big and well decorated with a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The garden is nice and peaceful with a few friendly peacocks dropping in from time to time to say hello. The house is very well located and at the same time in a quiet environment. We received lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend it :)

The house was central to the town and a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The weather was great so we took advantage of the outdoor area. Our dog always managed to find a little bit of shade in the garden. Although the house is in the centre it was very peaceful. Rachel was great, she provided us with all the information we needed. Thank you so much Rachel we had a lovely time.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this accommodation was the best by far! It was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings were very high end. Excellently located to enable touring from Flamborough Head to Staithes and inland to the North York Moors. The view from the property was superb, looking towards the sea and Scarborough Castle and it was very peaceful. Angela and Richard were wonderful hosts and I felt that by the end of our stay we had become good friends. We highly recommend a stay here.

Me and my partner stopped in May cottage and had a great time it’s a beautiful place for 2 people and had everything we needed in the cottage will definitely use again if we come back up to the area.

We had a peaceful few days at Liz and Nick’s cottage. It was spotlessly clean and extremely peaceful, being set in the most beautiful surroundings. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the home-baked cookies were delicious! Liz’s communication was excellent and she was very accommodating when we needed to change the days of our stay slightly. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

Weekend break for two nights in Scarborough. The apartment was great value and very pleasant. Lovely big bedroom, nice lounge and kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Really well decorated and was a lovely base for the weekend. Short walk to South Bay, North Bay and the main shopping centre.

We had a great time staying at the Bay, Filey. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and the on-site amenities, including the pub, are just what you need after a day on the coast! The flat itself had everything you need and want, including a comfortable bed and was unbelievably clean when we arrived. Everything was perfect and we're already looking to come back! So thank you very much.

Had a great stay. The Accommodation is clean modern and well equipped. Jason has been great asking if all is good and replying to questions really quickly.the accommodation has all you need and more. Handy location for town and beach. Bus stop just in front of the apartment. Beautiful little outside space. Plus BBQ. We extended our stay as we enjoyed the apartment so much. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

John and Lindsay were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable. The annex was as described and more as the facilities offered exceeded expectations. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. Great location to walk from on Cinder track or Cleveland Way. Good public transport links and good pubs in the village and nearby.

The house is a lovely, large family space very near to the shops and the beach. It is very well equipped and Claude is a very responsive and helpful host. A big bonus was the second sitting room for the three Grandkids. We would definitely return.

Great stay, right on the beachfront. Private garden with the benefit of a private access stairs which take you right into Filey. Lovely apartment, well furnished, warm & clean with sea views. What more can you ask?
