This is an apartment of about 80 square meters in a sixteenth century building, with a view of the sea, the islands of Procida and Vivara and part of the Phlegrean Coast, and of course of the Aragonese Castle. The apartment is located in the historical centre, the old town of Ischia Ponte, and is surrounded by all main facilities, shops, restaurants, chemist, food-stores, etc. The double bedroom and the main living area are on two different levels, connected by a few steps, there is a small single bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, an entrance hall and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There are two entrances: one directly from the old town centre and the other one over a beautiful terrace (approx 15 m2) from the Aragonese promenade. You will find satellite TV (Astra) and Italian digital TV, as well as Internet and electric heating. The apartment has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair-dryer, microwave, kettle and sufficient kitchen-equipment and linens. Despite its very central location it is a very quiet place, perfect for those guests who would like to enjoy the beauties of the Gulf and Ischia’s Old Town in a cosy and serene atmosphere. A few meters from the terrace the jetty is the mooring area for small fisher boats selling fresh fish, and 200 meters towards the centre you will find an ancient bakery with a wood-oven daily selling their delicious fresh bread.

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of “Pozzo Vecchio” and the beach of Ciraccio. A bus stop for the line C1 is only a few meters away from the house making the apartments.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Historic renovated residence located in the historic center of Procida, directly overlooking the famous port of Corricella. The apartment consists of a large bedroom, double bed and two single beds, overlooking the terrace, kitchen and private bathroom. The solarium, with outdoor shower, is accessible to all visitors to the property. CHECK-IN from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., beyond this time a supplement of up to €50.00 applies and is subject to availability

It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

A pochi passi troverete la fermata dell'Autobus e tutti i servizi (Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati, Farmacia, Bancomat, Shopping), data la vicinanza al centro del paese.

Apartment consisting of living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. A/C IN BEDROOMS ONLY. It is located in the old town of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for the clothesline). Please note that the terrace is available for use until midnight. No visitors
