Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Procida

Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

Roberta è un host fantastica e la casa perfetta per un weekend di musica (super comoda per raggiungere lo stadio Maradona) in famiglia (la casa dispone di tutti gli optional!).

Jeffrey’s place is a dream. The location is up a hill but the 10-minute walk is doable and totally worth it. The property is an oasis of different Airbnb structures surrounded by a gardens, a vegetable/fruit garden, outside kitchen, chicken coop, and bee farm - all perfectly designed and maintained. It feels like a private boutique hotel experience. The view is also out of this world - it overlooks the beautiful Ischia mountains and ocean. Fabio, the property manager, was so accommodating, responsive, and helpful - he helped us book a door to door scooter service so we could explore the island. The room was clean, new, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Absolute perfection. We loved the beauty and simplicity of the house and the surrounding area. Great both for families and travellers without children. The house and garden is even more beautiful than the pictures with gorgeous views over the bay. It’s honestly hard to imagine a better place to relax. It’s walking distance to the beach and port where you’ll find good local stores and restaurants. We would love to come back soon!

This home was beautiful and lived up to our expectations. Soon as we arrived we felt at home. Annalisa was helpful throughout the entire of our stay and answering any questions. The home is around a 10 minute walk into the strip of Naples, where we found many cafes and restaurants. Transport was reachable on foot. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I stayed with 3 other friends for 3 nights. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was able to coordinate a car rental to be delivered to the house for us. The apartment is really large, walkable to a great beach and restaurants and so peaceful. The kitchen is rather small, therefore if you’re looking to cook a ton, might not be the best for that, but was perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. Overall, it’s a beautiful space, really comfortable couches and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous apartment. Truly spectacular views out to the sea and islands and lovely little balconies (even the back bedroom had a cute balcony with pretty view of greenery). Large airy apartment that was ideal for our family which required three separate bedrooms and appreciated two shower rooms. Everyone blown away by the fabulous views not only of the sea but this bustling Naples suburb below. Great restaurants and quality food shopping on the doorstep as was the bus that takes you into the centre of Naples or further along the coast in the other direction. We mixed city centre site seeing with three days on the paid for beaches (2 at Bagno Elena, 10 minute walk or short bus trip on the way into town, 1 at Baia Delle Rocce Verdi further along Posillipo coast on bus then 20 minute walk to resort or taxi). Great host, prompt and friendly responses, and lovely in person welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this home and a visit to Naples.

L’appartement est superbe! Les plafonds sont extraordinaires! L’environnement autour de l’appartement est bruyant, mais c’est normal, nous sommes au cœur de Naples! Le fait qu’il y ait des volets et de portes fenêtres que l’on peut fermer le soir aide beaucoup à réduire le bruit. Il y a pizza da Michele tout juste en bas de l’appartement mais nous recommandons la pizzeria D’Angeli juste en face de l’appartement qui beaucoup meilleure. Merci Antonio!

Nicos Appartement ist Eine Oase der Ruhe. Nach der lebhaften Stadt kann man noch auf der wunderschönen Terrasse sitzen. Das Appartement ist, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, schön eingerichtet, Bad und Küche sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die metro erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. In der Nähe gibt's einige nette Pizzerien und Restaurants. Nico ist sehr nett und hilfreich und wohnt im gleichen Haus. Insgesamt: alles bestens!

We had a wonderful time at this place - cosy, atmospheric and one of a kind! The host was really communicative and very friendly – we felt very taken care of the whole duration of our stay. The place was very clean and had all the necessary equipment, including sunbeds! Highly recommend this charming apartment!

Notre séjour à Ischia a été incroyable ! Et c'est en partie, grâce au logement et à la bonté de Maria. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec une parfaite localisation : situé à 10 - 15minutes du port de Forio (voiture/bus) net à proximité d'arrêts de bus, qui vous permettront de visiter quasiment toute l'île. Il y a aussi plusieurs commerces de proximité aux alentours. Point bonus pour la douche et le balcon qui offre une superbe vue. Maria est une hôte qui vous donne le sourire aux lèvres, une vraie maman italienne ! Elle nous a accueillie ma soeur et moi avec une excellente bruschetta. Nous en avons mangé plusieurs à Ischia, mais celles de Maria ont été les plus succulentes ! Elle nous a offert aussi des gateaux et des fruits et nous a conseillé à notre arrivée et notre départ. Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

A beautiful clean apartment with the most magnificent views over the Bay of Naples. Annamarie and her daughter were wonderful hosts. Attentive , knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and very close to the funicular to get down into the main town. Also very close to the metro too. Annamarie and her daughter Jessica were extremely responsive hosts to any questions we had about getting around , restaurants and food shopping. I would highly recommend the apartment to all my friends and family. Naples is definitely a city worth staying a while in.

We loved staying at Giuseppe and Sara’s place! It’s in such a convenient location and yet feels like such a tranquil, magical spot. Giuseppe was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had - from hire cars to extra towels! We really loved our stay in Forio and will definitely be back!

Die Wohnung von Raffaele ist genau so, wie sie auf den Fotos dargestellt wird. Einen wunderschönen Innenhof hat uns empfangen mit einem super freundlichen Portier, so wie es in den schönen Gebäuden in Neapel noch heute gibt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bei ihm deponieren (man muss etwas bezahlen) und konnten bereits problemlos und ohne Gepäck durch die schönen Strassen von Neapel spazieren. Das Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir konnten dann die das schöne und gepflegte Appartment übernehmen. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Raffaele stand uns immer zur Verfügung für jegliche Info. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell in den schönsten Gassen und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Neapel, die UBahn ist gleich vor dem Haus. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut gebrauchen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden das Bijou von Raffaele sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. We had an incredible stay at Qiong's place. The apartment is beautiful: spacious, full of light, and brimming with character. Everything we wanted to explore in Naples was within easy walking distance, and our hosts were so thoughtful, from stocking the fridge with water to leaving a great list of local recommendations. It honestly felt more like a home than a rental, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. One of our favourite parts was waking up to the spectacular view of downtown Naples from the balcony, coffee in hand. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. A solid 10/10—we’ll be back and are already recommending it to friends.

Siamo stati nella casa di Alessandro solo qualche giorno ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli Host sono stati gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. La casa è ben curata nei dettagli, pulita e non mancava davvero nulla. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono un po’ di negozietti, diversi ristoranti e qualche spiaggia. Ci è piaciuto molto. Se torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente pernotteremo di nuovo qui ☺️💗

Paola’s apartment was an idyllic place to stay during our trip to Naples. Spacious, conveniently located, comfortable and on a quiet street, protected from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was the perfect respite after a long day of exploring. Paola and her partner Stefano were incredibly friendly and helpful with parking, recommendations and getting us settled in. Stefano’s family constructed the building in 1850 and it felt like an honor to stay in a place that had been built and occupied by one family for so long. The terrace was truly spectacular, with incredible views of the sea and a bountiful garden of potted plants to admire. We were lucky enough to visit during a nearly full moon and the reflection on the sea was magnificent. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are many grocery stores nearby. We had world class experiences visiting the restaurants of Naples but my favorite was a home cooked meal on Paola’s terrace!!

Schöne Unterkunft, mit tollem Garten - entspricht genau den Bildern! Die Lage der Unterkunft war ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel (mit dem Bus) zu erkunden. Wir konnten Dank des stabilen Internets auch wunderbar remote arbeiten. Andrea ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns immer sehr schnell weitergeholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!
