Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Caserta

Had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful. MariaCristina was really helpful with any queries we had. Lovely neighbours, great views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

The second time we selected the place because we were so satisfied. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to go to the beach but also visits shopping centers nearby.

Host available, exceptional accommodation, everything in order and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, a clean, spacious and bright environment, equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden with masonry barbecue equipped with utensils. My girlfriend and I had a nice relaxing day and we are fully satisfied with the place, definitely to be repeated. I recommend it...

The villa responds to what we were looking for: a comfortable accommodation to sleep four couples, each with its own room and bathroom, and close to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. It is inside a large gated estate (Villa Ortensia) with several buildings in its interior and wide green areas and perfect paths for walking, sports, parking vehicles, etc... 1 hour drive from Naples and about half an hour from Caserta.

This was a very comfortable home, and not just a sparely furnished rental, but an interesting and elegant space. The outside living was excellent. Giuseppe was on the ball and communicated promptly and with a good sense of humour.

Beautiful location and wonderfully quiet and beautiful views ! Nice walking from the house. No busy hiking trails, but bring your navigation.

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

We were here for a short trip, and it was important to just get to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment on the outskirts of town was excellent for this. It was well equipped, so you could relax there well after a busy day. There was a parking spot in front of the door. It is advisable to have a few ten cents pieces ready, since a coin is to be thrown in for each trip to the 5th floor with the elevator. From the balcony you have a great view of Naples and Vesuvius. Also there is a big bed with real duvet. Antonio was always available and was always able to help with small problems.

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

We loved staying in Caiazzo, and this was the perfect location. We were right in the center, within walking distance of everything. We ate at Pepe In Grani but also decided to stay for two days because the town was so charming. The room looked just as beautiful in person as in the photos, and our host was always there when we needed him. He met us on the main road in town, brought us to the apartment, and even helped with the luggage!! Thank you for making our stay in Caiazzo so special!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. I stayed in this accommodation for work reasons,the best place to relax and feel at home,if not better,after a long and strenuous work day, the very nice host,polite as few people now, has always made the most with the BnB,and with the tenant in order to ensure maximum comfort, it was a treat for a tiring trip PS. I come from another place,with a bad experience, Martina had a detail given my experience,host sensitive to the client's particular needs, I will definitely be back!

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is beautiful and only a few minutes drive from Cassino. It is calm and the garden is the perfect place to chill. We had a lovely stay !

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.
