Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Caserta

Had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful. MariaCristina was really helpful with any queries we had. Lovely neighbours, great views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Zum zweiten Mal die Unterkunft ausgewählt, da wir so zufrieden waren. Kann ich nur jeden empfehlen der gerne zum Strand geht aber auch Einkaufszentren in der Nähe besucht.

Host disponibile, alloggio eccezionale, tutto in ordine e ben arredato, fornito di qualsiasi cosa servisse, un ambiente pulito ,spazioso e luminoso, cucina attrezzata ,un giardino ben curato con barbecue in muratura fornito di utensili. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato una bella giornata in relax e siamo pienamente soddisfatti della struttura, sicuramente da ripetere. Lo consiglio...

La villa responde a lo que buscábamos: un alojamiento cómodo para dormir cuatro parejas, cada una con su habitación y cuarto de baño propios, y próximo a las zonas que queríamos visitar durante nuestra estancia. Está dentro de una gran finca cerrada (Villa Ortensia) con varias edificaciones en su interior y amplias zonas verdes y caminos perfectos para pasear, hacer deporte, aparcar vehículos, etc... A 1 hora en coche de Nápoles y media hora de Caserta aproximadamente.

This was a very comfortable home, and not just a sparely furnished rental, but an interesting and elegant space. The outside living was excellent. Giuseppe was on the ball and communicated promptly and with a good sense of humour.

Prachtige lokatie en heerlijk rustig en mooi uitzicht ! Leuk wandelen vanuit het huis. Geen drukke wandelpaden, wel je navigatie meenemen.

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

Wir waren hier für einen Kurztripp, und zwar es wichtig, einfach nach Neapel, Pompeji und an die Amalfiküste zu kommen. Dafür war die Wohnung am Stadtrand hervorragend geeignet. Sie war gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich dort nach einem anstrengenden Tag gut erholen konnte. Es gab einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es empfiehlt sich, ein paar zehn Cent Stücke bereit zu halten, da für jede Fahrt in den 5. Stock mit dem Fahrstuhl eine Münze einzuwerfen ist. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht nach Neapel und zum Vesuv. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Bett mit richtiger Bettdecke. Antonio war immer erreichbar und konnte auch bei kleinen Problemen stets helfen.

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

L’alloggio di Rosa è molto carino, pulito e dotato di ogni comodità, Rosa è un’host gentile e davvero disponibile, consiglio a chi vuole godersi un po’ di tranquillità tra i boschi di Roccamonfina.

L'alloggio di Rita rispetta perfettamente la descrizione! La posizione è molto comoda, a due passi dalla Reggia di Caserta. Rita e Giulia sono state molto gentili e reattive nel rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza e curiosità. Consiglio questo alloggio!

We loved staying in Caiazzo, and this was the perfect location. We were right in the center, within walking distance of everything. We ate at Pepe In Grani but also decided to stay for two days because the town was so charming. The room looked just as beautiful in person as in the photos, and our host was always there when we needed him. He met us on the main road in town, brought us to the apartment, and even helped with the luggage!! Thank you for making our stay in Caiazzo so special!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Sono stato in questo alloggio per motivi lavorativi,il luogo migliore dove rilassarsi e sentirsi a proprio agio come a casa,se non meglio,dopo una lunga e faticosa giornata lavorativa, l'host carinissima,educata come poche persone ormai,si è sempre messa al massimo con il BnB,e con l'inquilino al fine di garantire il massimo comfort, è stato un toccasana per un viaggio faticoso PS. Provengo da un altro alloggio,con una pessima esperienza, Martina ha avuto un particolare riguardo data la mia esperienza,host sensibile alle particolari esigenze del cliente,ci tornerò sicuramente!

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. It was a highlight of our Italian vacation! Thanks Villa MariaRosaria!

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

Il soggiorno a Villa Elena è stato senza dubbio fantastico poiché la casa è ancor più bella di come sembrava nelle foto. Tutto era in ordine e pulito. È ben fornita di tutto ed è adatta ad un soggiorno di 10 persone. Avendo i riscaldamenti con due caldaie separate per i piani, la casa rimane calda e si può gestire quale piano riscaldare. Ha una bellissima terrazza e un salone con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Inoltre il proprietario e l’assistente sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili Inoltre a qualsiasi domanda entrambi sono stati reperibili con una veloce risposta. Lo spazio nelle camere è giusto e ogni persona aveva il necessario per stanze e bagni (2 pubblici e 2 privati). Il paese vicino (Cusano Mutri) è molto bello, e tutte le persone incontrate sono state calorose e molto amichevoli. Per concludere: vacanza senza dubbio bellissima, consigliata assolutamente.

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.
