We stayed in Villanova, Italy for 4 nights during the F1 Imola race, and it was an incredible experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by charming scenery—perfect for relaxing after the excitement of the track. Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming spot near Imola!

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

Bellissima esperienza, Mara è stata gentilissima in quanto è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Ottimo per la posizione, a piedi siamo riuscite ad andare ovunque!!

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!

Another great stay. This is an absolute "gem" of a flat in the "centro" in Modena. Walkable to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped either for a business or leisure trip either for a solo traveller our a couple. Cracking!

Easy to get in, responsible host, and perfect walkable location. Wish we had more time to stay in Bologna!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Sehr gemütliche und originelle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und willkommen gefühlt, besonders durch die freundliche Begegnung mit Dominique. Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber perfekt. Man kann schöne E-Bike-Touren unternehmen und sich im nahe gelegenen Dorf mit Lebensmitteln eindecken oder die Restaurants und Bars besuchen.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura per due giorni, l’interno è molto suggestivo, molto spazioso e arredato con cura, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Impeccabile la pulizia. Michele è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

Posto incantevole e perfetto per una giornata nel verde. Andrea è stato gentilissimo nel venirci incontro col check in non in orario. L’appartamento è come è descritto, pulito e silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Tutto perfetto. La nostra permanenza purtroppo è stata breve, ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'appartamento era completo di ogni comfort e arredato con cura, perfetto per me e il mio ragazzo che desideravamo fare un giorno di smart working in un contesto tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura.
