Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Modena

We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

We kwamen terecht in een oase van rust. Een bewuste keuze die we maakten. Klein maar fijn, voorzien van alle basis voorzieningen. Als uitvalbasis voor bezoeken aan Firenze (vanuit het dorp met de trein) en Bologna was dit perfect. De prachtige zonsondergangen blijven voor altijd op ons netvlies gebrand.

Very easy review to write. A wonderful home, in the perfect location next to Piazze Maggiore, and Fiorella was a great host, very responsive and we really appreciated the offer of booking a taxi for us when we left. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Bologna.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

Een fantastisch verblijf met adembenemende uitzichten welke nooit zullen vervelen. Vanaf deze locatie heb je de mogelijkheid om vele bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken (Bologna, Modena, proeverijen, hikes etc), om vervolgens weer echt ‘thuis’ te komen. Bedankt voor het delen van deze magische plek en de enorme gastvrijheid Paul en Ruth.

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely adored staying here! Not only was it a perfect location for us to stumble home from Osteria Francescana , it was a wonderful place to relax and feel like you are at home while away on vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per alcuni parenti in visita e si sono trovati molto bene. La casa era ben fornita di quanto potesse servire e molto pulita. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e molto gentile!

Siamo stati ospiti presso L alloggio di Alessandro questo fine settimana in occasione di elrow Posizione ottima noi siamo riusciti a muoverci benissimo senza mezzi ma a piedi Vicinissimo al centro ai negozi e alla movida . Ambiente pulitissimo sicuramente ritorneremo in occasione di qualche prossimo evento

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We had a lovely stay here! It was short, but sweet and exactly what we were looking for ☺️ It is a beautiful town with many restaurants and lots of shopping near by. Alberto was very friendly, and especially helpful with parking! Thank you for everything!!

Naprosto perfektní ubytování! Apartmán se nacházel v poklidné čtvrti, kde byli příjemní sousedé. Byt byl čistý, útulný (přesně jako na fotkách) a Gabriele byl super hostitel. Dal nám spoustu tipů a byl moc přívětivý. Byli jsme u něj týden a díky tomuto pobytu jsme si Modenu zamilovali a určitě se někdy vrátíme🩷. A velký plus byly přátelské a nádherné kočičky v okolí. 🤩

Alberto è sempre stato molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato e dato buoni consigli su dove parcheggiare la macchina. L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto e descrizione, era in una posizione davvero comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e in pochi passi si arrivava in Piazza Grande. Un plus della casa sono i due terrazzini che danno sulla piazza. Appartamento super fornito di ogni confort (anche per quanto riguarda la cucina)

Je me suis rendu à Modena durant quelques jours de congé avec toute ma famille. L'emplacement du gite est situé en plein coeur du centre historique. Restaurants et boutiques à proximité et rues animées toutes proches. Nicoletta est une adorable personne très accueillante et de très bon conseil, et nous a permis d'avoir quelques jours très agréables avec le gite loué qui était vraiment parfait pour nous..Je ne peux que le recommander.

Laura’s place is fantastic. Very central and a walk to most places. Really modern, easy to check in and out and Laura’s communication is great too.

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, entspricht die Beschreibungen und ist wie in Fotos abgebildet. Die Gastgeberin, Alice, war sehr hilfreich mit Rat und Tat (Parkmöglichkeiten, Restaurants Empfehlungen & Reservierungen) und immer erreichbar (vielen lieben Dank dafür 🤗😘) - die 3 Tage in Modena waren für uns eine echte schöne Überraschung!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The building is old so the staircases are narrow but we were still able to bring all of our luggage up (and we had a lot). It is very close to everything !! We were able to walk around and find all of the sites without needing a car or bus etc. There’s even a few restaurants right across the street and a little store. Maria also gave us a ton of recommendations and the ones we tried were amazing. Super cute apartment with a little terrace and thankfully air conditioning because it was hot out. Thank you so so much for being a perfect stop on our tour through Italy!!!

Appartamento molto consigliato, zona centrale dentro la ZTL e ben collegato con tutta la città

El alojamiento es bello en verdad, te hace sentir en una atmósfera de paz y mucha calidez, las amenidades del lugar eran de buena calidad y los anfitriones fueron muy amables y mostraron siempre la disponibilidad para cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, solo destacar que el precio se disparaba por el spa (jacuzzi) que no funcionó de manera óptima en esta ocasión sin embargo fue reportado a los anfitriones y estoy seguro que lo solucionarán a la brevedad para que sus siguientes huéspedes si puedan disfrutarlo, la zona es relativamente tranquila y estando en el centro de Modena quedas estratégicamente con todo lo más importante a solo pasos de ti. Si recomiendo el lugar
