Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Monia un host molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto grande con letti comodi due bagni con doccia grande e perfettamente funzionante.

לאורחים המזמינים את הבית יש לדעת שהוא מרוחק כ ארבעה קמ' מהעיירה , במעלה ההר. לנו זה לא הפריע כי היינו עם רכב, אבל יש לדעת זאת.

Alloggio immerso nella natura, ampio..con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza si qualche giorno. Dintorni splendidi e ottimo per una escursione nei boschi sei dintorni..strada di accesso stretta e ripida ma accessibile con auto.... necessaria per spostarsi nei dintorni.. immersa in un piccolo borgo tranquillissimo.. Agata.. molto gentile e disponibile

Crisitina et André sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avions demandé des références pour suivre un cours de cuisine, visiter une cave de fabrication de vinaigre balsamiques et à notre arrivée, tout était déjà organisé. C’était plus qu’est-ce qu’espérer. Pour les hôtes, c’est un 12/10. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu avec eux! En arrivant, le paysage est à couper le souffle. Pour la maison, c’est un bijoux! Ça sent bon, c’est propre et nous avons manqué de rien. Les accessoires dans la cuisine sont de qualité, les chambres sont grandes et confortable, les salles de bain sont belles et propre. Nous avions à notre disposition du bois pour un feu de foyer dans la salle à manger. C’était super! Nous étions 6 personnes et jamais nous nous sommes sentis à l’étroit. Oui, oui, je recommande ces hôtes et leur superbe maison!

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Posto meraviglioso in una posizione bellissima. Diversi alloggi curati e restaurati con passione e competenza, immersi nel verde con vista sulle valli tra Romagna e Toscana. Perfetto sia che si voglia rilassarsi o passeggiare tra borghi e boschi. Assolutamente consigliato.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Dziękujemy. Miejsce ,jak zgodnie oceniliśmy było lepsze niż mieliśmy wyobrażenia o Toskanii. Luzik, otoczenie ,rośliny, drzewa , zioła , zwierzęta konie , psy.... szerszenie . Basen i trawka robiły robotę. Ciekawy dojazd nawet excytujacy bym powiedział, spokojna okolica ale sporo lokalnych restauracji . Raj dla rowerzystów, trekkingu oraz plażingu....Tuto perfeccto!!!

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sogar noch viel größer. Der Balkon ist toll, man hat eine super Aussicht! Die Innenstadt von Modena ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem top Unterkunft, wir empfehlen weiter!

Logement idéal pour un voyageur ou une voyageuse, confortable pour y passer de bonnes nuits comme dans une chambre d'hôtel, l'accueil agréable d'Elisabetta en plus! Les rues alentour sont belles et agréables, petit quartier animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants à deux pas. L'immeuble est paisible et le logement sur cour. Le centre historique est à deux pas. Salle de bains et chambre impeccable, linge soigné. Comme le dit dans l'annonce, la chambre n'a pas de cuisine, mais un petit frigo, une cafetière, bouilloire et un micro-ondes qui peuvent dépanner. Elisabetta vit dans l'immeuble et répond à tout besoin avec gentillesse, tout en laissant le champ libre. Je recommande vivement en particulier pour un déplacement professionnel et espère en une occasion prochaine d'être l'invitée d'Elisabetta!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Tutto perfetto! Alloggio vicinissimo a Piazza Roma, molto pulito e tutto nuovo. Andrea ci ha accolti di presenza ed è stato pronto per ogni nostra esigenza. Torneremo senz'altro

Posizione comoda e tranquilla, casa molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa smart tv e aria condizionata! Marco è stato molto disponibile nel rispondere con prontezza.

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.

Je me suis rendu à Modena durant quelques jours de congé avec toute ma famille. L'emplacement du gite est situé en plein coeur du centre historique. Restaurants et boutiques à proximité et rues animées toutes proches. Nicoletta est une adorable personne très accueillante et de très bon conseil, et nous a permis d'avoir quelques jours très agréables avec le gite loué qui était vraiment parfait pour nous..Je ne peux que le recommander.
