Accoglienza eccelsa e personale gentilissimo, accolti al check-in ore prima dell'orario previsto, e mentre attendavamo la camera ci hanno fatto accomodare in piscina per rilassarci un pò. L'appartamento (non uguale a quella sul sito airbnb) era comodo e fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di relax, apprezzato il parcheggio privato con tessera per usufruirne.

Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini, perché la seconda camera ha il letto a castello). Cucina moderna e molto funzionale, bagno spazioso e con box doccia spettacolare. Arredi moderni e in ottimo stato, unici appunti, la lavatrice un po' vecchiotta e i materassi del letto a castello non proprio comodissimi, a differenza di quello del letto matrimoniale.

Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen- es war wunderschön und ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr mediterran/modern eingerichtet, das Bett super bequem – ein echtes Highlight waren die extrem guten Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Das hatten wir bisher so noch nie bei einer Unterkunft. Draußen stehen wunderschöne Olivenbäume und für uns war das Schönste: die Katzen, die dort leben, sie kamen jeden Tag auf der Terasse vorbei. Die Lage ist relativ gut, aber wichtig zu wissen: Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Dafür erreicht man dann aber schnell die schönsten Orte im Norden Sardiniens. Ein großes Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit und den super netten Kontakt – wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen! Auch als wir ein Anliegen hatten (eine weitere Decke zum Schlafen) wurde uns innerhalb weniger Minuten geholfen.

This Airbnb ad relates to Hotel Is Murtas. It is a truly great place for families with some lovely apartments as well as a great swimming pool! Also, the owners are very nice and accommodating so that everyone has a great stay in South Eastern Sardinia. We highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé 12 jours merveilleux. L’endroit est calme, la voiture est en sécurité dans la cour. Proche d’Olbia et San Teodoro. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, tout était propre et bien équipé (four, micro-onde, machine à café, machine à laver, etc). Les propriétaires sont hyper réactifs et très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons en Sardaigne très vite ☺️.
