This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and represents the strong point along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are true to how the apartment and the area around show up. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which has been very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; in fact it is located in a very quiet area, but in any case not far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxing, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

Piera and her sister Camilla are great hostesses. They make you feel welcome. The cottage is very tastefully decorated with furniture in style with the character of the house. We were immediately invited to visit the museum behind Camilla's house during our stay. It is the old family home where they grew up and is now mainly used by their brother and is decorated with all kinds of old stuff. The homemade drinks were a must. Austis is a small village where you can eat a good pizza or pasta at the local restaurant Flores de Monte. Even the cookies and sweets are homemade. If you want to discover the inland of Sardinia, you can rent this apartment very well. You cannot cook there, but you can heat something up in the microwave, or in the evening some local bread, sausage, cheese, etc. is also very good. There are plenty of places to eat well in the area. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Good stay, The apartment must be very nice in the middle of summer! We lacked a little natural light which is sought after when it's very hot.

Gorgeous large home decorated very well with artistic touches. Minimalistic and clean with new fixtures and nice bathrooms. Super friendly and accommodating hosts. The town is very small but has a few gems. Quiet.

Marco was a wonderful host the area was local not very touristy and the people were very helpful be prepared for mountain driving A Car is essential Marco recommended a wonderful restaurant in Loceri Each of the towns around had different atmosphere which makes the area quirky The beaches to the south of Marcos apartments were wonderful lots of hills for hill walking

nice house with a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. clean, spacious bathroom. tricky parking in the area, very tight turns. you cannot park in the garage. the host was good at communicating and kindly let us check out later on the last day.

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Very nice holiday apartment five minutes from the beach...the apartment is located in Santa Maria Naverse a beautiful place with many beaches in the area...I can highly recommend for families and also for motorcycle tours...thank you Mercedes

The apartment was very clean and everything arranged. It's exactly like the pictures. The covered parking space on your own property is perfect. The apartment is located just next to the grocery store. Close to restaurants and beaches. The view from the balcony over the whole village to the sea is awesome. Every morning with the most beautiful sunrises. Silvana is always very accessible and helpful. It has everything you need. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We have just finished our stay at Saras’ house in Braunei; absolutely wonderful accommodation in a beautiful place. Accessible to many great experiences. We couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay with very nice hosts.

The stay with Paolo was very relaxing. The location is an absolute dream. Less than 50 meters to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for the great stay!

Cute apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony, absolute highlight! Restaurants, supermarket, etc. can be reached quickly on foot:) otherwise everything you need is there.

Great little spot up in the hills of Santa Maria, extremely clean, high quality and very welcoming hosts.

Great welcome from Carla. Very large and very well-equipped apartment in an authentic Sardinian house, fully renovated. Total freedom to access the apartment and parking nearby. Carla provides parasols and bath towels; the magnificent beaches are 40 minutes away by car. Great stay.

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We simply had wonderful days in this accommodation - a beautiful complex with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea, everything you need, short distances to the most beautiful beaches and last but not least Antonella, whose cordiality is unique.
