Beautiful surroundings and wonderful stay, the tranquility meets you. The host and his wife are super friendly and helpful people!

We stayed 2 nights at Tom's. The accommodation at Tom's was very cozy. We felt very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. Everything was well explained and despite the hot temperatures in Florence, the apartment was pleasantly cool. We found the almost silent air conditioning in all rooms particularly impressive. With the tram, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you can be in the center in 15 minutes, so you can also make a detour back to the apartment at noon in the midday heat to rest. We will be happy to come back. However, you should not stop directly in front of the apartment to unload the suitcases, the neighbor is very unfriendly. There are plenty of parking spaces near the apartment, as well as small cafes, supermarkets and everything you need for a stay

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Arrive and feel right at home! The images can only partially reflect the reality. A lovingly decorated house, good beds, great pool (unfortunately we were too early for bathing) and a breathtaking view. Absolute tranquility and still well located. Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful stay here in Prato for a workshop! Claudia was friendly, responsive, and the flat was clean and very comfortable. I’d absolutely stay again and would certainly recommend the flat (and its gorgeous garden) for others visiting Prato during their time in Italy!

Cute house, very clean, we didn't miss any Speak. And when it was missing,Elena made sure to complete for us. There were five of us,and we had a little crowded in the house,but the large, well maintained and beautiful yard,which is inside an olive grove,gave us a large and pleasant space. The pool is very pleasant and inviting. Elena was available and helpful with our every request. The area is lovely and you can enjoy Tuscan and quiet views. Approximately 1 hour driving distance from Florence/ Pisa. But in the August heat, we realized it was better to rest in the pool, rather than walking around the cities for the day. Highly recommend!

The house was suitable for 7 people. The host helped us to communicate actively before our visit so that there was no inconvenience. The check-in time was postponed due to traffic issues, but the host greeted us brightly and explained the place without any inconvenience. The location is not close to the center of the city, but it was nice to have our own time in peace. There were plenty of towels provided, and the place was spacious and clean, so there was no problem.

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

We chose this apartment for our Honeymoon and we can say, that it was our the best decision. :) Andrea is exceptional and very kind person. If we visit Italy again, we know that her accommondation will be our first choice! We will recomment everywhere when we will can. The apartment is in very good place, very near Firenze and Pisa. Andrea had a good point when we wanted to visit a Firenze, just leave the car in Signa town (she recomments a free parking place) and continue by train. Thank you Andrea for everything! Great place. 15 min walking to Tram station + 10 min Tram to city center.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. The apartment is located not far from Florence in a quiet place with parking space near the house. In the apartment we had everything what we needed. Sara is nice and friendly host. Definitely recommend.

Soul House is immaculate and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay and Erika and Christian were lovely, very responsive, and wonderful to work with. The rooftop patio was a treat!

Our stay was perfect! The location was amazing and so walkable. It was surrounded by great restaurants and very near the castle with a view of a lovely section of wall of Prato! Giulia and her Dad were super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and easy! There's even a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy an evening limoncello! We highly recommend this apartment!

Really nice and big accommodation! Great kitchen with everything you need and the terrace was lovely. Big supermarket and tram stop about a 5 minute walk away. I think there is a school or college nearby so in the morning there was a lot of noise but apart from that it was perfect :)

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Great stay! the apartment is clean and spacious. you can park in the street in front of the house. the owner was very helpful and friendly.

The hosts are very responsive & helpful & the place is beautiful exactly as described. The door is a bit hard to open sometimes so I recommend a key pad.
