Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

Perfect host with great recommendations. Very accommodating and helpful with such a beautiful lively home. We had many memorable meals on the gorgeous patio, truly a trip that will never be forgotten. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Ankommen und sofort zuhause fühlen! Die Bilder können nur ansatzweise die Realität wiedergeben. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gute Betten, toller Pool (leider waren wir zum Baden zu früh dran) und ein atemberaubender Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und trotzdem gut gelegen. Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful stay here in Prato for a workshop! Claudia was friendly, responsive, and the flat was clean and very comfortable. I’d absolutely stay again and would certainly recommend the flat (and its gorgeous garden) for others visiting Prato during their time in Italy!

בית חמוד,נקי מאוד, לא היה חסר לנו שום דבר. וכשהיה חסר,אלנה דאגה להשלים לנו. היינו חמישה,והיה לנו מעט צפוף בבית,אבל החצר הגדולה, המטופחת והיפהפיה,שנמצאת בתוך מטע זיתים,נתנה לנו מרחב גדול ונעים. הבריכה נעימה מאוד ומזמינה. אלנה היתה זמינה ועזרה בכל בקשה שלנו. האיזור מקסים ואפשר להנות בו מנופים טוסקניים ושקט. מרחק נסיעה של כשעה מפירנצה/ פיזה. אבל בחום של אוגוסט, הבנו שעדיף לנוח בבריכה, ולא להסתובב בערים במשך היום. ממליצים מאוד!

이 숙소는 7명이 사용하기에 적합했습니다. 호스 트는 방문 전부터 활발히 의사소통을 하여 불편함이 없도록 도와주었습니다. 교통 문제로 체크인 시간이 뒤로 미뤄졌지만 호스트는 불편한 기색 없이 우리를 환하게 맞이해주고 숙소를 설명해주었습니다. 위치는 도시 중앙과는 가깝진 않지만, 평화롭게 우리만의 시간을 가지기 좋았습니다. 수건도 넉넉히 제공되었고, 숙소도 넓고 깨끗하여 문제 없었습니다.

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Pulizia organizzazione, ordine, Isabella disponibilissima. Davvero in prima classe. Abbiamo trovato alcune indicazioni sulla, zona, suo ristoranti, si come spostarsi comodamente. E, non trascurabile, Isabella ci ha assistito sia nell'ingresso in struttura quanto nel momento della partenza. Non ne ho avuto bisogno ma ho l'impressione che, se avessi avuto necessità di ulteriori info sulla zona, avrei potuto rivolgermi a lei. Una persona davvero squisita! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟➕🌟 Brava!

Soul House is immaculate and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay and Erika and Christian were lovely, very responsive, and wonderful to work with. The rooftop patio was a treat!

L'alloggio è ampio, molto vivibile fino a 4 persone, pulito ed arredato molto bene. Il balcone esterno è sufficientemente spazioso da permettere di consumarvi pasti e passare dei momenti di relax. La zona è tranquilla, centrale e facilmente raggiungibile. Il garage interno è un po' "giusto" nelle misure ma in caso la vettura non ci stesse sono presenti parcheggi esterni. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e Giulia è stata molto disponibile, puntuale e precisa nelle indicazioni fornite. Complimenti!

Really nice and big accommodation! Great kitchen with everything you need and the terrace was lovely. Big supermarket and tram stop about a 5 minute walk away. I think there is a school or college nearby so in the morning there was a lot of noise but apart from that it was perfect :)

Logement très bien situé et propre, avec un hôte à l'écoute et d'une grande patience. Les transports sont bien desservis et proches du logement. Le tramway vous emmène vers le Centre historique de Florence. Nous vous conseillons de vous rendre à Pise par le train et à Sienne par le bus. Une semaine toscane inoubliable due en grande partie aux bons conseils de Simone. Encore merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The hosts are very responsive & helpful & the place is beautiful exactly as described. The door is a bit hard to open sometimes so I recommend a key pad.

L'appartement est extrêmement fidèle aux photos, très propre, avec tous les ustensiles, appareils et services pour passer un très bon séjour. La co-hôte Silvia est extrêmement adorable et donne de bons conseils pour visiter Florence ou même les villages alentours, et est très réactive aux messages. L'appartement est proche du tramway qui permet d'arriver au centre de manière rapide et efficace. Mais il est assez éloigné pour éviter le brouhaha de la ville et passer un séjour au calme.
