The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer due to the basement. The main road in Linz Urfahr with many shops and public transport is very close. It is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours or activities on the Danube. Free parking is available in front of the house.

The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
