Wasserkocher, löslicher Kaffee und verschiedene Teesorten vorhanden. Baby-Reisebettchen auf Anfrage zustellbar. Wir vermieten noch zwei Gästezimmer im Haus. Dort ist ein Gästebad vorhanden. Hilpoltstein ist eine Kleinstadt in der Nähe des Rothsees im Fränkischen Seenland.

A small jewelry box! If you love peace and nature, this is the place for you. The facility is very lovingly designed and the garden beautifully laid out. In 10 minutes on foot you are at the beautifully landscaped natural swimming pool. Freystadt is also worth a visit. I will definitely visit this idyllic spot again.

Very nice accommodation, were there with 2 couples with dog and child for a short vacation. We liked the proximity to the Rothsee and Diakonie Bauernhof. The accommodation offers everything we needed. The garden is also very nice to sit outside in the evening.

We had an all-round successful stay in this beautiful accommodation! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and immediately felt welcome. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We particularly liked the quiet location and the loving atmosphere - ideal for relaxing. Also the communication Janine was always friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience and will definitely be happy to come back. First of all, a big thank you to the hosts. Everyone was super sweet and friendly, very helpful. Simply great. The apartment itself was a dream to be in. Beautiful & lovingly refurbished apartment with everything you need. The bedrooms were all super comfortable, the bathroom huge and offers everything your heart desires. The surroundings were also great. In a quiet residential area, but not far from the center. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would be happy to come back next year. :)
