Holiday rentals with a patio in Quintana Roo

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and very easy to find. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet just a short walk to the city center, which was super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fanny’s penthouse in Tulum. It was a peaceful, private retreat and a highlight of our trip. The top-floor unit is beautifully designed, stylish, and totally private—it’s the only unit on that level. The rooftop plunge pool and patio were perfect for relaxing, with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, and the blackout shades let us sleep in. The open-air shower with sunlight and plants felt magical. La Veleta is a charming part of town with great restaurants nearby, though many roads are still unpaved—just something to be aware of. The unit is walk-up only, so expect stairs, but it’s worth it for the privacy and rooftop access. Fanny and Lucas (the concierge) were super responsive and helpful. Honestly, we wish we had stayed here longer and cut a night from our beach stay—it was that good. We’d absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend for a quiet, stylish Tulum experience.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and experiences, which really made the trip extra special. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum. Can’t wait to come back!

La locación es perfecta, las vistas a la laguna increibles, aunque la propiedad es compargida6, se disfrutan muy bien las áreas sociales, se respira naturaleza, los kayaks son un plus y la villa esta en muy buenas condiciones, para mejorar únicamente en nuestro punto de vista la dureza de los colchones, lo demás, genial.

Realmente la estancia fue excelente, las atenciones de Moisés fueron extraordinarias, muchísimos lugares cercanos para cenar y a unas cuadras del centro de Chetumal, yo lo recomiendo ampliamente , gracias por tus recomendaciones y apoyo Moisés.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Casa vagantes es un alojamiento increíble, el precio lo vale completamente. La tranquilidad que se respira durante todo el día hace que cualquier día sea relajante. La ubicación es más que perfecta, un plus las bicicletas para visitar Izamal. La piscina tiene el tamaño perfecto. Las habitaciones súper cómodas y wow, muy bonitas. La casa es arte puro. Espero pronto regresar. Adicional, agradezco a las chicas aceptar mi reserva de último minuto, la comunicación y la respuesta siempre fue inmediata.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished, luxury stay nestled in the jungle. We felt extremely safe with the gated area and the best convenience was having plenty of cafes one minute walking distance away! The main trendy strip is a ten minute drive. Excellent communication throughout, truly an amazing and comfortable stay!

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Wij hebben hier onwijs genoten. De keuken is perfect voor gebruik, de slaapkamer is voorzien van airconditioning en het zwembad is prachtig. De hostess was enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend! Nogmaals dank 🌞.

The house is beautiful and just as described. Alex met us in person when we arrived and showed us around. He was responsive throughout our visit when we had questions, and prepared delicious food for the meals we had prearranged, plus a gorgeous fresh ceviche. Alex also connected us with a captain in Punta Allen for a really wonderful half-day outing with crocodile, manatee, sea turtle, and dolphin sightings plus lots of birds, fish, a little snorkeling. The road to Tulum is in better condition than we expected. The seaweed was as noted in the booking, but the nearby beach is an easy trip and beautiful. We had a great, relaxing week. Thank you!

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

Chris and Lena were dedicated and responsive hosts whose apartment is frankly a bargain. It's well-designed, well-maintained, and in a beautiful complex with great amenities. Equally important, they were available to quickly answer questions that came up during our stay. I'd recommend their place to anyone who wants a peaceful place to stay in Tulum.

Alles im allem eine super Unterkunft - sauber, wie im Inserat und gute Lage. Allerdings war die Kommunikation nicht so gut. Bitten, wie Z.b. neue Handtücher wurden zwar zugesagt im Chat, aber wir haben nach langem warten nie etwas erhalten. Insgesamt würde ich trotzdem 4,5/5 geben. An der Kommunikation sollte wirklich gearbeitet werden!
