Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Right in the heart of the old town – and at the same time a bright, open retreat above the rooftops. While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-style apartment upstairs, with light, space, and a view of the greenery. Cafes, restaurants, and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity. The baker is on the premises. The Danube, promenade, and boat dock are just a few steps away. Arrive in comfort: Flexible check-in, key box. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.
