Cottage Lookout with a panoramic window and a spacious patio resembles a boat that floats above the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the coziness and tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Enjoy simple living in this quiet and centrally located property in the heart of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Ideal for hiking, bicycle tours and skiing. Many destinations can be reached quickly, e.g. gr.Arber, Arbersee, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, drinking water barrier, treetop path with Baumei Proximity to the Czech Republic.... Bikeparks Geisskopf and am gr. Arber Glass museum, glass gardens and newly renovated swimming pool in the village. Train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
