Holiday rentals with a patio in Região dos Lagos

Everything was perfect. Without much luxury, but the apartment was very well maintained, extremely clean and tidy. Appliances working perfectly. Very well located (shops, beach, restaurants, market) without having to take the car out of the garage. excellent cost-benefit ratio. Hosts are to be congratulated!

The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

Amazing house, exactly as in the pictures. Everything impeccably clean, clean bedding and bathrooms, functional kitchen with absolutely everything you might need and more, nothing is missing. We stayed at Refúgio da Mata and loved the accommodation. Charming place, surrounded by greenery, silence and peace. I loved the experience of sleeping to the sound of the waterfall. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We will return in the summer to enjoy the pool and the waterfall that is very close. Mr. Aurimar was very helpful with all the requests we made. I highly recommend you stay. It's worth discovering this delightful retreat!

The house is amazing and Aline referred us to reliable and great people to help us. Everything is clean, the house is large and comfortable. She was always available to answer our questions and help us with whatever we needed. My group and I recommend the rental, it is well worth it.

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.
