Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus Charming Cottage 17 mit 3 separaten Etagen liegt am Waldrand und ist nur wenige Schritte von einem Pferdehof entfernt. Die Lage mitten im Naturschutzgebiet & unweit vom bekannten Felsenmeer in Lautertal heißt Wanderer,Genießer,Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber willkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants liegen in direkter Umgebung, nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. 20€ pro Hund/Nacht Das Esszimmer im OG & DG ist groß genug für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten.

The Greenleaf - Peace, Hiking & Nature

Where the mountain road and Odenwald meet, in the middle of the idyllic Lautertal (Reichenbach), is our inviting apartment. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.
