Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit wünschen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Kliniken Schmieder 5 min, Constance by car or train 15 min. 35 m² of space for you alone, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Apartment with exclusive views of Lake Constance

Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two persons. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon?
